You know, Mario 85 is supposed to take place in 1985 when SMB1 first came out, yet it uses the SMB2 boss theme for the chase, even though that game didn't come out yet...guess we can add time travel to MX's ability list.
In pillar chase 2, I always happen to be the last one standing, despite rarely ever hiding. The music's a little different of course, but every time, my mind only hears this. Fast paced, easily comparable to the actual game, and still giving me the feeling that I'm screwed.
@@LordRevanSith there is also Forest King, who comes from the (Coronation Day), you might know them from mario's madness there's also some others, like EXE (from that vs. sonic.exe mod), baldi, and some others there are also skins i think? for certain characters, MX has mr. virtual
i really do appreciate a scary enemy thats vulnerable to harm but can still just as easily rip you in half like it was nothing. Thats why i like MX so much.

The theme is the castle theme from SMB1 but remade to be scarier, so technically, it is still SMB1

it would’ve but it would feel out of place due to it all being 8-bit. It could probably work for a sm64 skin for mx
