The big wood crain pattern is a cover for furniture or table cloth.

Some dogs tend to eat too fast and they regurgitate it. That thing looks like the dog has to play with it to get food to fall out so they will not eat as fast. That’s my assumption anyway.
Sorry, didn’t mean to sound gross. It’s just what some dogs do. I have two that will do that at times.

Yes the blue dog treat is a busy treat despenser to keep dogs busy.
