I guess to explain it better you can call it a "european rivalry", but in those there's always mutual respect between the clubs. We have european rivalry with Juve, Bayer, Milan and I guess recently with Man City and PSG, but there's always mutual respect. Unlike with local spanish rivals Atletico and Barcelona where you could say there's bad blood between the fans.
