Fred!!! Amazing recipe!!!! I made both the white choc and the mint white choc but have an issue with a layer of solid (don't know what) forming at the top of the jars with in 2 days. I also made a milk choc version using milk choc chips, milk choc extract and a double choc vodka.. tastes great but again within 2 days I had a soft serve mass that formed. It did dissolve when filling a jar and a strainer... Saw where a person suggested substituting a pudding mix, going to give this a try.
You can also shake before serving .....delicious!! Thanks again for watching, trying, and commenting!!

Good video, I'm trying to make strawberries and cream moon shine. Can I use jello powder to get the strawberry flavoring?
I personally never use jello. They do make strawberry juice or nectar. That would be best. If you can't find that....white Cranberry strawberry juice may work as well. Let me know how it goes.

Great question. Due to its milk base uts shelf life is 2 weeks refrigerated.

Unfortunately legal moonshine is usually 80 proof. The everclear gives this the kick we are looking for!! Great question!! Thanks for watching
