Ive been following your Ark builds for quite some time, and when I started playing Once Human, I thought “I wonder if Kiitarie would play this because I would love to see a Once Human video on this channel. And then low and behold… this amazing
Thanks. I've been streaming Once Human since it released. I love it. I am looking forward to seeing what happens with the server wipes and getting some fresh content. I have another build planned for Once Human, which hopefully they fix the build system a bit by then.
I planned it all out! And then they broke the fly cam in Eternaland, so now I have to wait for them to fix it. Are people doing that? Selling blueprints, I mean? That would be cool, I didn't think it would be doable.
I plan on doing it. It's currently sitting empty in Eternaland. My Eternaland is broken, though, and I can't use the flycam, so I may need to get creative or just deal with my person in the way. Yay, third-person perspective games LUL
Thank you so much for this build i love it and if anyone needs help adding stairs to the entrace in open world you need to delete the small bricks at lower base and add small premium wood sealings to add the stairs in :D
If anyong if struggling putting the support beams down on the overhang, the concrete small pillar has black little dots on the sides, they have to be facing outwards and the it will let you snap a full size beam on
What an amazing house. I've been trying to replicate it the best I can with the video. I'm having problems getting some of the flat top roof sections to go in. It just turns red and wont let me. I'd post a pic if I could. I also see you have a lot of supports inside the house. Not sure if that has anyting to do with it. I'd love to see an inside build tutorial. Thank you for sharing this. It's amazing!
The flooring part at the very end, making up the roof basically, doesn't want to place. i got most of it but certain spots just say "cannont be placed here". I can not figure out where. Even if I remove the 1/8th stone walls etc nothing seems to work. Also still can't figure out that beams for that overhang in the back lol
That's cause Eternaland requires no support. It's possible to get the roof to work, though. I think I just placed extra beams down to the ground for it.
They absolutely messed something up with one of the recent patches. The one where they added the grid system. Try placing the wall above it and snapping to that?
They may require more support since Eternaland requires none, and the main game does. Try placing little walls inside the false roof. That's what I had to do.
I don't know if you get notified of the other comment, explaining how support is different in Eternaland to the main game. It's hard to get a 1:1 transfer. I use little walls where the support was needed. I think that should help.
So I am having a lot of trouble placing the Wide Door Frame between the small walls. It insists on snapping at an angle and I am not sure what to do about that. I tried tracing it over the top like you did in the video but to no avail.
So I recently deleted my doorframe and couldn't get it back either. They broke a lot with the snap system they implemented. It needs to snap to the two short walls directly underneath though. Try removing anything interfering with that?
I got it to snap by placing to half walls on either side of the doorframe first and itll snap much easier that way then just delete the small sqacures and replace the flooring
I will have to give it a shot XD It's just sitting there in eternaland all stairless and doorless right now aha! Going to make a new base for the new scenario though.@@productunknown3985

Yeh I had to make it ever so slightly different in the main scenario because Eternaland doesn't require support. So it's not an exact 1 to 1. I think I may have put some extra pillars somewhere.
The material doesn't matter I don't think but the roof will need more support in the main part of the game since in Eternaland you don't need support at all. I used pillars and filled the roof in a bit with short walls
Theres a new step that works now. I forget what it is called. It wasn't out when I made the video so I never included it. TBH I always just jumped into my house lol. This is the house I use for my playthrough, although I realized while recording the interior today that this one is shorter. You were always going to need more support since Eternaland doesn't require any. I hope you figure it out ♡ and thanks for watching !
@JeRuJoHn1994 they are called low wooden narrow steps. They have the upgraded versions, too, but I used these because of no railing. I have two placed there, and they fit perfectly.
It's because I built it in Eternaland for the video, yours will require a bit more support in the main game. I put more pillars in when I built it in the main section.
@@AlouetteSK Hey there, I found a solution for this problem. I used the small wood ceilings to fill that starting square he did and then switch to the regular sized ones and they snapped correctly, I then went back and deleted the small ones and replaced it with a regular sized. I hope this also works for you.
@@ieojaeger9959 I literally logged off a minute before your suggestion alerted me. Worked like a charm though. So thanks. Hopefully the devs fix it up so we do not need such workarounds. Global grid aligned snap-to would be nice.
That is a low cabinet that I turned around, so you can't see the handles and such. They didn't actually work. Purely decorative. I still had to jump into my house lol

That is a low cabinet placed facing backward to hide the cabinets. You don't need to use that now, though, since they added the stair small enough to fit there.
@Bulkontest there's a new stair they added recently which I now use. I can't remember the name of it though. They fit perfectly. Honestly I just jumped into my house before that ahahaha
For the longest time they didn't have steps that fit that height, so I used the low cabinet and turned it around so you can't see the doors, just to simulate the look of a step lol I still had to jump into my base.
Oh, I definitely bought skin packs. The glass is a pack and the concrete foundation is part of the glass pack and the lower floor wood is another pack.
do you show how to connect all the water and electricity? I've played 150 hours and its a very important part of the design process, amazing design though

So I went to do this build on a server (not Eternaland if that makes a difference), and the 10×10 foundation layout doesn't fit within the territory build space (you can only do 8×8). Am I missing something?

All good brotha I was able to see how you placed the walls inside, took some inspiration and made it my own too. I was able to figure out how to add the pillars for the balcony and stairs to the front door, did the same thing with the backyard as well. It was a little tricky at first but i was able to do it with a little finesse. What I'm trying to figure out is how you placed the greenhouse right up against the railings? Mod? I only get an option to either place the glass wall or the railing, can't do both
Yes, the glass is from the store. I think the prints in the game are quite lacking, and the fact you start with none, even worse. That wood is hideous. Definitely fell right into their trap.
I don't think you can. I built the one in the main world first over time because it was what I was using for my general playthrough. And then went and built it in Eternaland. Eternaland doesn't have structural requirements. So you could never get a 1 to 1 transfer
i Heard you will lose everything u farmed and bought with money if you leave the Server? Is that correct? Because it wouldn’t make sense to delete things that you bought with real money. I understand and would except to lose everything i farmed because it’s a new server and “new” life. But loosing things you bought would be crazy.
I would assume that cosmetics are account wide. The season refresh that is upcoming will strip your character from the servers since they will be wiped, but they state in the season inheritance section that you keep all currencies and cosmetics and such. But yeh, now I am curious if I was to create another character on another server if I would lose all of that. You'd really wanna hope not.
No, you will the lose all physical stuff, but u got blueprints, where you can get everything back in not even a day. And next season they will add new features and snow map. So everything you do is still there, only in physical form they will delete it.
Yeh, you can find the list in the season phase section. Some of your things will go to your eternaland somehow and you can bring them with you. I'm thinking I might make a low level gun or something. Or maybe just bring all of my acid XD

I built a few before I liked what I did with this one. I wish I could have built bigger and more detailed, but the limits only just let me build that! Need to start banking eternaland currency. Keep trying! I plan to.

For servers you just need to put a beam in the glass windows corners. They don't need to touch the ground, hope this helps!
For the pillars at the end? Yeah a lot of the time it's just the order in which you place things. Pillars often need to be first.

Hi! When I built this they didn't have the tiny steps that fit. This is actually the low cabinet turned around so you can't see the doors.

I'm not able to close the roof is it cause I'm only using Wood walls? Does better material carry more far the structures?

It's just a skin. So you can apply it to concrete, and it will be just as durable as that!
Don't forget the wood tinkerer and the stone as well upset durability on those structures

I use wood for the material, but the concrete cosmetic is applied.

I can make a short because for this particular build, the false floors created at the start are how I hide all the wires!

Theres a way to save them, but they only work in Eternaland. The support requirements are different. So they would never be a perfect 1 to 1.
very nice but with the cap at 700 this has no room for your defense tower . they need to move the build cap to like 1000.
Yeh, it was about 680. I was fortunate enough to use my friends base for defense. His was purely set up that way.

how did you hide the territory terminal ?
I built this in Eternaland. No territory terminal. As for my main playthrough, it's hiding out the back next to the garage.

I never looked. I cheaped out and used wood whenever I was applying skins. It's more expensive than you think. Maybe 50k? 60k?
