Sat a yamba QLD pub few years hear what i thought was thunder on a clear day about 50 of them show up and line the road with bikes and fill the pub was epic to see as a kid

Great video.I lived in Australia in the 70's mostly in Brisbane.Knew the 1st Prez.they met at the Bald Hills pub.we had a club call the Wolfs.out of Red Hill.both of our clubs did a few runs together.Miss all of my old mates.sometimes wish i still was there. but the Rebel's colors were different back then.Kinda.threw me off. also knew some Lone Wolf,Finks members.it was a good time back then.so I'll say G'day to George,Jim.John,Skippy,Turtle&Zappa hope all is good.ride &have a good time,Dave
You should do some more research mate, Rebels Australia alone has somewhere between 1700-2100 patched members, that's more then the angels worldwide (you have to remember how hard it is to actually become a full patched member), however the angels have the biggest reputation without a doubt due to obvious reasons.

Alex, I know you're in exile in Malta, and I also know that this is a very old video. But from what I've seen, "Harley only" doesn't seem to be strictly adhered to these days. Especially in the videos I've seen from Europe and eastern Europe. I even saw one guy, fully patched, on a wee little 250 v-twin. Are the standards slipping? Really? A nom, or prospect, or whatever you want to call them, I can kind of understand. But a fully patched member? I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed. And a couple of friends of mine that are in your great club, feel the same. Don't worry, I don't name names. The whole "scene" is so different now. I miss the good ol'days, riding with mates, partying every now and then, and even though I'm not a member, I still got that feeling of brotherhood and loyalty every time I went for a ride with you lot. It sucks to know that those days are a thing of the past, gone forever. You can't fix something like this, there's no going back to how it was. The loyalty is gone. Today I am single, and older and have the opportunity again, I am going to do it this time. you can actually feel the ground tremble from over 50 meters away when they all go past like that, Was at a servo when they all started pulling in around the corner at a big empty car park, wow the rumble was amazing and made my feet tingle. The best part is they don't mind if you have a look at them and their bikes, just don't stare. Some like to show off for camera too witch is fun.
its crazy how the start of the line are going reasonably fast.. then as it gets to the end its so slow they almost have to put their feet on the ground haha
Probably because up ahead there's traffic lights, or an intersection of some sort, so the bikes all the way up front are probably stopped. They call this the "rubber band effect", because once they get going again, the ones up ahead are probably in top gear by the time the ones behind even get going.
