Hi, liked this and the empty battery range test videos. I liked it so much I bought a 2023 model. However, when I charge it up it displays 21/22 mile of electric range. I have had it for a few weeks and drive it softly, mostly 1-pedal with full regeneration. How did you get double the displayed value, does the aircon really take ½ the battery? I know the traction battery is good, when tested before collecting the car it was 99.7%. So, is it me or do I have a faulty car?
Very nice! We are considering this car right now, but is it a good idea to buy a PHEV? We are afraid that it’ll loose too much value in the 4 to 5 years we plan to keep it.
@@ecodriver1746 Yes, I know it’s a difficult answer. Nonetheless it’s a question we need to find- or decide the answer for soon cause we don’t have much time.
Hi, for airconditioning definitely not, this is fed from the battery, for heating - what I know - it depends on the market. In Austria it is done from the battery, but it might be different elsewhere.
Thanks, great video and very interesting for potential buyers.
Congratulations ! I'm impressed
Very useful guidance well produced.
Thx
Thanks!! Finally the answer if AC is available when driving Electric mode only. So it is, good news. Is it just for cooling or also heating?

Great video as always, is it smart to drive in hybrid mode for highway

Phew, unfortunately, my crytal ball is in service, so I am not able to answer the question re loss in value at the moment... ;)

@@kentchr76 Have you considered leasing instead of buying? After 3 years it may be available as a 100% electric vehicle.
His, do you know if plugin hybrid ford Kuga turns on the petrol engine for air conditioning and heating or its use of a separated system for it?
