the dance covers solar and wheein drop are always top notch and make you sweat from anticipation and trying to stay respectful while watching 😂😅 the fact you see the progression of solars dancing makes me happy, especially since she said she cried while learning HIP choreo cause it was hard for her and then watching her do these dances and absolutely nailing everything ,truly warms my heart
jihyo is a dancer that's been working with the girls for a bit. she started getting notice during hwasa's "maria" and i think started working with them around that time but has been seen in various things since then. i know hwasa branched out and got a few dancers from outside bessie (the dance crew mamamoo usually uses, that is housed at rbw's building), such as the guy with chin-length hair in "maria" but don't really know any details beyond that. plus, of course, wheein working with the just jerk crew for her solo jihyo herself is a model and choreographer, as well as a dancer. and apparently works for yg (same as leejung lee, one of wheein's friends from just jerk) redlic han is also a choreographer, works with 1 million dance studio. or at least worked, she may still be with them or may have moved elsewhere, but the last 1m video i'm seeing with her choreography was in 2019 i'll admit that it's hard to focus on solar in this one, since my eye just keeps getting drawn to the way redlic han moves (sort of similar to wheein) hyojung is the leader and choreographer of bessie, the dance troupe that's worked with rbw for years. in fact, virtually any time you hear people talking about 'bessie' in an unflattering way, it's almost always just hyojung they mean... so many seem to think her name is actually bessie, despite others constantly trying to correct them it's kind of funny how you did these sort of backwards, with the hardest and most dangerous choreo first and ending with hyojung's being at the end. her choreo tends to be the least demanding of anything the girls do, which has honestly been helpful for them in past years as they focused so heavily on their vocals, but lately they've been trying to show they can all dance with the best, solo or as a group, sometimes even while still singing live also, yes, solar is both frequently the 'dance hole' and the 'dance god dance king', the latter being a phrase used for 'person who really, really likes to dance and you can't make stop even if what they do sometimes makes you cringe'. there's a whole episode of something where they compete to find said dance god in the group, despite the other three instantly saying 'solar!'. and, she wins, of course oh, and yes, solar's english lessons are funny and cringey at the same time. the lady she gets as an instructor is bubbly and perfectly suits solar's personality and learning style. solar also mentioned that the other members (esp byul) were taking lessons at the same time as her, though solar and wheein are the only two we see noticeably using the language
