its called damage/disable support. maybe he plays in a party; he may have talked with the 5 to fully take all the responsibility of warding

I always pick Ogre against Weaver
But it only works in early game
It's always hard to lane against ogre :)
I play mid weaver with gleipnir as main roaming item. Same facet.. now player start banning weaver xD

@@PewDota2 Well I dont know about pros, but in my opinion support weaver should save teammates with his ult and do not hunt kills. I have a suggestion. Play Slark pos 5. Make space for your carry, and do not hunt kills. Hunt dewards.

Pros playing weaver support as 4/5 in tournaments right now with a high ban rate.
i must say this is not how support play especially early on this video.. you see you keep killing enemy (if you are party with SK its ok but the problem is low rank will try it to random people and that is role abuse doing)
the one should get Last Hit enemy hero is Offlane role NOT the Support one.
if you are HERALD-CRUSADER RANK watching this thinking play like this way you will probably get reported for sure. IF YOU PLAY SUPPORT BUT U GET SO MANY KILLS COMPARE TO YOUR SAFELANE AND OFFLANE (CORE ROLE) you play SUPPORT IN WRONG WAY.
THE GOOD SUPPORT IS THE ONE UNDERSTANDING TEAM MATE THAT WILLING TO SACRIFICE HIS LIFE FOR CORE ROLES . Thats how GOOD SUPPORT is.

This mentality clearly takes us back to the old Dota 1. In Dota 2 assist is very valuable, make sure to kill your enemy in lane phase and leave the kill to the Offlaner ONLY when it is guaranteed.
In the first kill, if Weaver left it to the SK, he would probably receive 2 to 3 hits from the tower, and Luna would certainly have dominance in the lane... or worse, Luna could beam SK and he could lost the kill... 3 creeps is enough networth to equal the kill he didn't get.
In the second kill, Sk would certainly die to maledict.
Please understand that this is not a KDR game, it is a game of decisions. Offlaner and Sup4 are built to prevent the carry from farming, if the carry dies in the lane, you are doing a good job.
Weaver is OP as sup4 and this is a good sup4 video.
to complain about kills is dumb. just kill them no matter who gets the kill. as long your opponent keeps dying and cant farm u win the game
I always say you farm the creeps, I'll catch up on hero kills. If your offlane is melee they have often no chance to get that kill.

I was Teached by old players to *NOT* KS and give kills to CORE ROLES. I believe many new player who didnt play since dota 1 didnt understand that.
I agree its not about KDR, but giving kill to core roles make their item progress much faster. I play support mostly if its only 1 hit kill i told my core to take it even if i so close to enemy. Thats the way old Dota 1 players teach me back in 2000s and that is how I PLAY SUPPORT till now.
If i want KILL i prefer pick mid offlane or safelane. This is basic Dota since good old day.
For your info i had been played DOTA 1, HEROES OF NEWERTH (HON), DOTA 2 . Since Dota 1,HON ,till DOTA 2 EARLY DAY (2013-2016)the rules still same. But this DOTA 2(Now day) is so different people forgot what support job is , they prefer pick carry hero and doing some killing and claim them self good supports . For me old timer thats just role abuse doing
I dont mind i die many times but as long as Core roles Get Fat and progress of the item faster its worth it. Thats how i play support

😂I don’t think it’s weaver broken its enemy comp are utter garbo. The only scary ones are luna and wd. And they don’t have a actual tank. Omni is too squishy for a healing comp. If jakiro swap to axe or undying it would make a much heavier and healthier team. Or even mars.good ult combo with wd.
