One of the best pieces of advice we ever got was from a plumber. He told us to put our bathroom vent on a timer and put it on for 20 minutes AFTER we finished a shower or bath. He told us that keeping the vent on afterwards is the best way to make you bathrooms last longer. The timer keeps you from turning on the vent when you leave the bathroom and forgetting to come back and turn it off.

All of this is so true. I am taking out a tub to have more room for storage. I am going through the whole house and modifying as I get older. I am not a tub soaker. I have a walk in shower that will stay as a wet shower.

Is it possible to fit two sinks in a small vanity?

Just have to measure! Take plumbing into account as well as remaining counter space to be able to set things on it as you get ready, etc. 😉
