- We filmed just about everything we ate to share with you! There are a few quick-grab buffet items and half-pizza's missing here and there, but our main focus was the breakfasts and dinners in the Main Dining Rooms. Bon appétit!
Come take a trip with us aboard the Carnival Dream! This 7 day cruise has us saying good bye to 2021 and hello to 2022, with stops in Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel.

I’m so glad I came across this video. This is helping me decide on what to order for my cruise in July 2023 aboard Carnival Dream. Some of these dishes looked amazing and was hoping y’all would say they tasted good as I see most did. Side note: Guy’s burger joint is my first go to meal after my family and I board lol. Thanks again for this video.

Filet Mignon (Med Rare) & Sunny side up eggs for Sea Day Brunch and 7 Layer Chocolate cake!
MDR- Shrimp Cocktail(2-3) Sirloin Steak (Med Rare) with Garlic Mashed potatoes and Molten Chocolate Cake with two scoops of Ice Cream and a glass of milk.
Guys Burgers- Double Pig Patty!
Blue Iguana anything it's all good!
The gathering- Lido Buffet area My wife loves the Mongolian Wok! I do to.
For sure getting brunch steak and eggs next cruise!
Husband and I will be on the Carnival Dream for our 45th Ann. Jan. 2023. Two week deserved cruise. Last cruise was on the Vista 2020 WE came home and found out about COVID. All the food looked great. Thankyou for sharing.

I had two servings of the poblano and corn soup. Was disappointed it was only served the first night. Would have gotten it every meal it was so good!!
So good! We just tried Royal Caribbean for the first time and they have a similar soup but it wasn't as good!
We departed on the Dream May 29th.. I missed having the assorted cakes to choose from. I find dessert on the buffet was limited in addition to the times it was open compared to before. However it was still a great experience. Tea time and Dr Seuss breakfast was not offered this trip. We hope it will be available on our next journey. We had a great time. Thanks for the video
I wanted to add that my daughter has a dietary restriction and here meals were prepared separately from all others and she was given great options!
Yes, we were disappointed that Tea Time had to be canceled on the Vista too with their staffing struggles (was supposed to remain for 7 day plus sailings).
We always try to visit the matri d' on embarkation day to check our table location, and there is always someone visiting to discuss their dietary restrictions---it looks like they work hard to make sure those are accommodated!

Some MDR nights aren’t as great as others, just have to pick the best ones for you and try alternatives elsewhere when skipping it
Best part of it was the lobster tacos they had lobster tacos on our cruise

This was over New Years, which was a rare 7 day trip for the Dream. Normally it does 6/8 days but mostly the menus are the same with an extra day or one less (what’s specifically different I don’t know). Also the NYE dinner was a special menu so you likely won’t see those dishes.
Did you leave out of Galveston? If you went the day before your cruise, where do you recommend to eat?
Late to reply, sorry but yes we sailed out of Galveston but stayed up near Webster area the night before. Been years since I have stayed a night in Galveston so don't have any food recommendations there, sorry.
Omg I love everything!! I have crazy question so what is included in the ticket price? Like which restaurants it’s free and which restaurant I have to pay? Sorry first time will going to cruise in carnival dream
Everything in Main Dining Rooms is included in your ticket cost. Up charge for alcohol and sodas. Up charge for lobster and some other specialty proteins if not on an elegant night. Steakhouse, Sushi and Seafood shack are additional cost, all other venues part of your ticket!

Yes, every evening they have an Indian dish on the menu in the MDR. All I ever hear is how tasty they are but we have yet to try them. Some sailing soon for sure!
