on my day 2 in cebu! but this time, i spent some parts of the day alone.
it's also my first time attempting to cafe hop, however, my stomach is already giving up after the first cafe hahaha
we also went to TOPS and the city view is amazing!

⋆ you can take the bus in the bus stop near cebu it park (no payment yet)
⋆ once you're there, someone will collect the payment before going off (₱200.00)
⋆ you have to keep your ticket so you could enter tops: the circle and ride the bus back to the city
