He will die only because overguard is bugged atm. Archon hunts requires no skill what so ever there's multiple guns that can one shot Archons. You do not need specific frame, just specific guns. After overguard is fixed and made as it is written about in the patchnotes, he will survive just fine, except when it comes to thousands of levels enemies who can one shot him as overguard doesn't have shieldgating.
