Yes!!! So glad you guys have started a RUclips channel! you have such an incredible catalogue of dishes and have such a lot of knowledge to share. I feel like you really should be one of the top channels for Chinese cooking on here. Are you planning to add narration?
Bill, Judy, Sarah & Kaitlin, I am such a fan. Your blogposts are 2nd to none. Table settings & platings define; “the way.” Love your photo tours across the US and the the best part; your perfect textbook English fused with back home memories of Beijing. You guys are constantly in my rotation of top three blog faves and, my numero uno recipe resource. 謝謝!
Thank you for the video 👍 This is my favorite dish at my local Chinese take out. The ingredients and spices you’re adding I’m an easily purchase at a market. I’ll give it whirl and create my own dish 😋
I used to order this dish a lot when I was living in the US. Now that I live in Singapore, I can't actually find this dish LOL. Am glad I came across this, so now I can have "Singapore noodle" in Singapore hehehehe
Hi there! It's actually a 20-inch, which is pretty huge-way too big for a normal home kitchen. Our stove (which I think has since been discontinued) has a large wok burner in the middle of it, and the wok actually came with the stove! I'm not sure where to buy another one that size, but I imagine Chinese restaurant supply stores (or online stores) might be a good place to start!
May be 2 yrs late but soak in bowl room temp/ tap water for 10mins. Don't cut it into half. The sauce or add more water as you stir fry and toss it(use a spatula and large wooden fork like those u use for salad) so that you can control and not damaged the noodles. Avoid cooking as vigorous as she did.
How to fried noodle in Spore. Every single goods in Spore is imported from neighbouring countries. Unbecoming, Spore likes to make uncalled ownership claims. Shame on you.

Will do our best, Dániel!

It doesn't exist in Singapore. The closest you can find is fried beehoon or bihun. That is the actual fried vermicelli the locals like to eat.
This looks fantastic! I will be trying this dish. Love the rice noodles!
Hope you like it, Sandra!

What can we use instead of shaoxing wine? Thanks
Hi Sam, you can substitute a dry cooking sherry!
@@Thewoksoflife1 Oh ok, I have dry Xeres. I'll try to find some. Thanks for your swift answer :-)
Can someone explain to me how to prepare the noodles because mine always stick together and stick to the pan and turns into a huge wreck :(

Can you do fried chicken wings Chinese takeout style please & thank you
Hi Shardey, while we don't have a video for those wings, we do have the recipe: thewoksoflife.com/fried-chicken-wings-takeout-style/.
I tried this with an indian curry spice powder and it tasted wrong.
Ham? I don't think so.
