Aunty ne taunt bhi pyaar se diya beta tujhe akal nahi hai na & di microwave mein chocolate micro mode par 180 ya sabse lowest temperature par 2- 3 minute melt karni hoti hai or beech mein stir bhi karna hota hai & one tip for you if find your melted chocolate is thick you can add water but don't add milk vo chocolate Puri hard or lumpy ho jayegi
Try shivangi and radhi more recipes they are very good specially try radhi more noodhle recipes lots of love
I tried the lemon maggie recipe and it turned out so good even though i didn't have chillie sauce and soya sauce still it tasted really good will make it again ❤️❤️

Microwave mei chocolate ko 30 sec intervals mei melt karna hai remove after every 30sec nd mix it nd it'll soften nd melt! Else listen to aunty nd do it her way! 🙈🙈

Dont use compound chocolate, its a cheap alternative for chocolate. Its said to be not good

Next time dark chocolate hi use karna instead of compound choc! Compound choc has more fat content than dark choc.. maybe that mixed with the milk you added made it sticky! (I'm not an expert just my guess)
Amul dark choc you get different % of dark.. so maybe use like 45-70%.. utna kadva nahi hoga shayad
Also you can make mouse with chocolate & water with same process
