I would like to point out that the trigger point for the clocktower achievement seems to be to the right hand side of the clocktower. (Opposite of entrance where he enters it) I tried multiple methods of getting up there where it was a bit faster. But it would never unlock.. Started getting frustrated so found this vid. Really appreciate this vid. If anyone has been able to get the clocktower achievement by going straight for the entrance i stead of going all the way around. Please let me know. TY

For those struggling with the tower tick tock achievement...
I recommend once you walk over the huge log at the start go right and do the rocks first and light the fire. By doing this you will get an extra check point just before you go up the tower saving you lots of time (New check point is after you throw the two rocks to open the door). This means you will not need to keep redoing the rocks.
Load check point if you fail - and just keep trying until you get it. It needs to be a almost faultless run to get it but it will pop.
I'm posting here to confirm the load check point method does work. Keep trying - this is definitely the hardest achievement in the game. Good luck.

Thank you for this guide!
For those who have issues with Tick Tock:
- Complete the Clocktower puzzle first (so that the gold piece drops)
- Menu -> Load Checkpoint (You should restart right at the start of the first stairs)
- Follow the instructions of the video in order to climb the tower asap
- If done correctly, you would unlock the achievement even before entering the Clocktower room
Following this method, it only took me 2 tries to get the achievement. (It still was a pain in the a**)
