At the moment it's a laundry. There is a bed in there for staff - maybe not the most comfortable quarters ....

Usually there are no external windows in Marrakech Riads. This Douiria has a lovely sunny rooftop, though and the views are excellent.
How is the price decided? I know everything is to be bargin however How much reduction should I expect. like 25% or I might even get more reduction?
Many properties are selling at asking price. Often there is 5 or 10%. Rarely more.

There is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a shower on the terrace level. There is aircon in the bedroom.
