The best valorant pros are csgo retired pros 💀
Not really. In the last grand final from the 10 players only 3 played CS beforehand. And from those only 2 were ex-pros at it. What you're talking about is more of a problem in NA instead of the rest of the world.

Yeah, fucking crazy how a 20+ year tac shooter has players that became pro in a another tac shooter, who would've thought
That was the most default awp shot to Show 🤣
Awp shot ? Yes very basic
That fucking movement before? That was really good
@@omerefeulusoy1530 good movement? MG players can move like that. he has bad movement compared to the pro level. He would possibly be Global Elite but not more than 7lvl in faceit without boosting

Cool you don’t know how to read. Tenz won 2 major Val trophies after switching to Val after competing in T1 CS for like 6 months as a 16 y/o. What are you even trying to say
TenZ was also really young during CS:GO, it takes time to mature into a great player. You can have great aim, but you can't just expect every prospect to play against Na'vi and shit on them.

@@settrigh8310 Valorant is probably just more profitable to stream than CS.
@@settrigh8310 He got kicked from Liquid. He then landed on EG, a team that had zero tier 1 match wins for the ENTIRE YEAR. They lost LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE game they played and bombed out last at every tournament. Then he got benched and switched.
@@settrigh8310 it makes sense honestly with all the problems Stewie was having with liquid, on top of the fact that there aren't really any other good NA cs teams for Stewie to join valorant is probably a better option
@@settrigh8310 Its because the CS pro scene is dying especially if you're an NA team. Valorant is the only game similar to CS that is actually thriving and continuing to bring in players.

Why is he so hated? He seems such a friendly guy and his stream is kinda chill (atleast for me). People are saying that he "failed" in CS and so what? Its good for him that he switched to Vlr and is having a good life and bright future. Yeah I do agree that CS needs higher skills be it individually or as a team but its all up to the players to choose whats best for themselves. I don't see the need of hating on him just because he was a CS reject. Everyone wants to be at the top in these competitive environment and every should do what they want. CS and Vlr communities arguing who is better is fucking stupid lmao, just play the game and enjoy the pros in whatever game you want (I enjoy both) and its not that hard to be happy for someone.

people can't admit that the skill ceiling for CS is just on a whole other level
Valorant has higher skill ceiling lol. Literal CS ex pros like tarik stewie2k and shroud say they don't know what the fuck is going on when utils are out.
@@markurielninobla1170 You basically just admitted that the utility in Valorant is just a bunch of random annoying bullshit. That's exactly why it's a bad game. @@Nick-ij5nt if it seems random to you then it just show that a CS player can't understand Valorant. I didn't admit anything. Shroud even explained the difficulty level of Valorant where vertical aim is also needed when up against raze and Jett. They made the smoke like that because a player can't master all utilities. Holli shit u right 😂, TenZ was almost a nobody when he still plays CS... but suddenly goes viral when he started to play Val
tf are these comments. showing the maturity level of the average CS player I guess. he was a kid with great aim trying to play with people with his lifetime in CS experience. it isn’t really surprising that he took the professional experience, the passing into adulthood, and the fresh start in a new game where everyone had to learn from scratch to excel. in fact, it was the perfect place for a mechanically great, yet otherwise green CS player to thrive. he had the thousands of hours of foundation but not the decades of habit to get in the way of learning a new game. I barely know anything about tenz or the game but hating on anyone so hard for no reason is just ridiculous.

Genuine question, why do people think cs go is harder than valorant? I haven’t played either extensively, but valorant is basically csgo + abilities isn’t it? I would think the additional variance and skill needed with abilities would increase the difficulty
No it's not. Cs aim is much more important.
Movement in Valo is ass it's not even the same
hitboxes are smaller in cs, and movement is faster. also there is no match replay feature in valorant to review a match from all 10 player POVs. in cs, there is a match replay system, so pros can have a better and deeper understanding of the game. tier 1 igl’s and coaches spend hours reviewing games. this match replay system is way better than watching a VOD because they can be limiting in POVs.

cloud 9 in general was awful for tenz. his valorant career kicked off because of the sentinels substitute and because of that teams chemistry it allowed tenz to pop off. and i truly think the roster changes instead of trying to work on their strats with the team they had is why sentinels is disappointing nowadays. they had the greatest team in the world and they tried to make it better and in the end they’ve not even seen as a real threat anymor e
TenZ struggled in Pro League on CSGO because CSGO has a MUCH bigger skill gap than Valorant, meanehile Valorant is a newer game that doesnt have a quite big skill gap as CSGO.
Summary:
CS:GO - Simpler game, out for a long time therefore higher skill gap between players making it harder for newer CSGO players to compete.
Valorant - Much more complex game with abilities etc, newer game therefore a lower skill gap between players.
Im around supreme in csgo (faceit lvl 7) when val came out and i managed to get gold as a first rank then kept playing for 100 hours and managed to get diamond without even fully knowing the abilities.
