Just made it into the lower half of 1:46. At first I expected to drive this on MT, as I effectively only need to use 3 gears, but in the end AT is more helpful for me as the middle sector proves too much for shifting and car control at the same time...
Do whatever feels comfortable for you mate, automatic / manual it doesn’t matter too much as long as the auto gears doesn’t downshift when the revs are too high you will be fine. Good luck with it mate 👍🏼
Cheers mate. I did try to do that on a few occasions in practice but felt it bogged down quite a bit, probably because I cant carry enough entry speed so am a bit too slow on exit to try 3rd. However I’ll be giving this another go over the weekend see what we can do. Cheers for watching and commenting it’s very much appreciated 👍🏼
It’s tough but there are certain fundamentals which lend themselves to consistently quicker lap times on any circuit. Things like:- Using all the circuit available, Hitting all the apexs, Maximising the braking capacity of the car, Trail braking, Good vision etc. The list goes on but getting better at each of these mini skills gives you a better foundation to work from. The really really quick guys maximise all these skills and more, in other words they do the basics extremely well. Cheers for watching and commenting I really appreciate it 👍🏼
@@PM10Racing so I just did a few casual laps and got to gold, don't know how I did it though ;) maybe trying to get the last gold on the super master license paid off. Love my new wheel by the way, so much more fun to drive!
@@Targon999 it’s amazing isn’t it. Such a different feel. Well worth the investment, makes it way more enjoyable. Well done mate, not easy this one. Let’s see what tomorrow brings 👍🏼
@@PM10Racing definitely worth it, though it is quite expensive. I didn't like the load cell pedal at first, had to get some mods, now it's fine. Anyway, looking forward to the new online challenge and a new video from you 🤘
@Targon999 its certainly an investment in your hobby but I started with a g29 and progressed to Fanatec and it was well worth it for me. I’ve had mine for around 18 months and wouldn’t go back (although I know someone in our racing league who has gone back to a G29). The load cells do take some getting used to (ive got some videos on braking on my channel if you have the time) but the amount of control you gain is awesome. Trail braking becomes much easier and you can hit those 5, 25-75% pressure much more consistently. Tomorrow is the last one before xmas so hopefully they give us a good one.
Thx a lot mate, i struggeld a lot on this, but got it now to 1:46 after a few attempts :) Merry X-Mas to you!
Well done mate. Merry Xmas to you too. Glad it helped 👍🏼

Nicely put together videos.
Thanks very much mate and welcome to the channel 👍🏼
Great lap mate 👍🏽 my tip is : try to exit with 3rd gear in every turn i think you'll reach 45,300 guaranteed but anyway you earn🥇

@@PM10Racing Top guys are using third on a lot of the exits, they're controlling rotation with slight slip which is a lot easier in third
I’ll give it a go mate cheers, probably just need some more practice in the car.
Good stuff mate! I'll try this later
Cheers mate good luck with it 👍🏼
@@PM10Racing real tough lol
😂😂
I struggled getting a high 48 there. Literally, no idea how you guys figure these things out lol

Great lap ! 👏🏻
Cheers buddy 👍🏼
Very helpful, though I'm not too excited about this trial, I'm not too good in those old muscle cars. Maybe only silver this time ;)
Fortunately there aren’t too many braking zones so you may be ok on this one.
Good luck buddy 👍🏼
