The top tube is 20.5 inches. I wasn't sure what brand frame and model it is so I couldn't find more info on it.

I get them made from a branding and poster making place. They're plotted /cut from a design and then weeded out to leave only the parts of the design that I need

Not really, since I'm kind of a regular there and the pieces I need made are usually small, they just use excess materials left over from other jobs and charge only for the plotting
