Great looking home, but this price point is truly to high, I just cannot see how they justify $2M for this home. $950-1.2M yes. There are plenty of communities with homes you've shown that have the same amenities and upgrades that are in no way priced this high. Always an awesome job done by you, but this builder is overvaluing.
