Merchant has also raised questions about the professional relationship between Willis and Wade.
It seems like Fanny is getting caught with miss appropriation of County funds.

If the Certified Mail is Delivered to the address posted on that Letter it is the Responsibility of that Office to deliver that mail to the Addressee. Not the Post Office responsibility of further to deliver the mail to the addressee! The letter was delivered to the correct address. The lady is fully wrong in her argument! She's giving out Word Salad! Chew her butt out Judge!!!!!!!

If a letter is delivered to me, but it is for my neighbor yet has my address, it’s not my responsibility to give it to my neighbor. It’s the responsibility of the sender to ensure proper address is on the mailing.
@@justinellis4100 Your point is mute. The letter was addressed to Fani Willis, DA, Fulton County and delivered to her office. Plus the office has an electronic door with no options to contact people inside. That is for more than Security reasons. As is the non response to FOIA requests.

I’ve worked in places where I was the first contact when USPS or FedEx etc etc would drop packages off/ mail / CERTIFIED MAIL. As long as our address was on it, then I signed for it and called the person whom it was for, or I would personally hand it to them. Nobody gave me permission-it was just common sense that I would sign for it, even though my name wasn’t on it. It would be the same thing as if you had a roommate and the roommate wasn’t home, you would be able to sign for them and then give it to them when they got home. Liiiiike…this small issue is a NON issue. It’s not that hard to figure out, but she still stood up there complaining about it and actually lying about it, for at least 10 minutes. Once again-they are doing anything and everything possible to delay, annoy, and evade these open records request.
