EPS cutting line loading container

Hi everyone, I am Fiona. In today's video, we will show you the whole processing of loading the EPS cutting line.
As you can see, before packing, we have already disassembled all the mechanical structures. Among them, we combine some structures that cannot be stacked directly by welding metal brackets. This can save space in the container.
Below is the packing process of the first container. This container mainly holds the cutting structure and conveyor belts.
Considering the waves and bumps during sea transportation. In order to protect our EPS cutting line, after the workers load the goods into the container according to the plan, they also use rebar to fix the product.
Below is the packing process of the second container. This container mainly holds the machine frame used to support the cutting line and packaging equipment.
Below is the packing process of the third container. This container mainly holds miscellaneous parts and electrical control cabinets.
