I think being Virgo South node is like being a waffle. Boxes within boxes. Pisces North node is learning to be spaghetti. Everywhere, all over the place. In a good way.
You were not harsh at all, you were very gentle with your constructive criticism and for that I thank you and you did help me to be more open with my heart. It is a battle I sense with my north node in Pisces and south node Virgo, when I start gossiping about other co-workers to another coworker, we see it as venting to one another but in my heart I can feel my north node speaking to me just how bad it is to be doing this and I try right my wrongdoings. It’s a battle but the fact that I am aware of this, I’m working on it. Thank you.

I sort of already have abandoned my south node.. But I didn't even know about my north and south nodes. I feel like my soul knew what it was doing but my mind was oblivious. I feel like I over-analysed things my whole life and my soul just grew tired. Everything I do now is led by feeling, and spirituality is a factor in every decision I make. Which is all pretty much opposite of myself 5-7 years ago. Is 27 a typical age for this all to happen? That was my age when I really started to feel things shifting inside me. I'm 29 now, getting ready to turn 30 on August 11th.
i have heard that around age 30 is when the nodes really start to activate and manifest in our lives. it seems you are right on track! if not just a bit ahead of schedule!

This is true for my current life situation. I started changing around that time as well, before that I was lost and confused. I'm 30 now and things are finally starting to make sense for me. I had figured out my my life purpose on my own but couldn't decide if I was right or wrong, but thanks to astrology I now know my first steps to get where I'm going!
Hi, my Bday is Aug 11th as well. I have Pisces north node in the 4th house. I’m in my mid 30’s and I’m now trying to get in tune with this placement. I’m sure the changes will happen when they’re meant to.

I have this placement along with other strong mercury placements in my chart (gemini sun & moon in virgo) which honestly hardens everything. I’m 23 now but I already feel like the big spiritual shift has happened for me, especially this year. I think that having strong plutonian aspects in my chart (Sun in the 8th opposite pluto, venus in the 8th) has definitely helped rebalance and put in persepective my whole conception of life and my true purpose.

I found out that my mom is a North Node in Pisces and South Node in Virgo. My mom died of stage 4 breast cancer back in 2002 at the age of 51. I was just wondering if my mom completed her life lessons in her life.

They are interesting people. They...or he would do anything for you, but would talk badly about people or complain about someone all of the time, but would smile so nicely in their faces when he would see them...and they would be clueless as to how much he judged them or didn’t like them.
I’m glad I had an experience with this Nodal individual...with his Narcissistic Personality Disorder, 9 Lifepath characteristics , Rooster Chinese animal demeanor self and all.
If I had not come across these node videos I’d still be getting mentally abused by these types and not understanding what the hell was going on.

I agree with your perspective. I believe I can be extremely analytical. However, I have learned over the years to know when to trust my intuition and when to rely on mental strength - both of which have served me well. I am definitely inside my head, but I have discovered that dancing (Pisces/feet) helps take me out of my head. In a way, studying astrology has helped me merge the mental with the spiritual. So much of your video resonated with me. It is so difficult to find a good video with clear explanations for this axis.
You give an interesting perspective. I’ve always viewed this nodal axis as being more about service than anything. NN in Pisces just has to learn to be more self-serving but in a positive way. Similar to NN in Leo. I’ve often seen many people dealing with addiction, shame, and imposter syndrome with this very placement because of the aversion to feeling. Constantly chasing the idea that it can or will get better but having a hard time matching their words and/or desires with reality. I’ve also seen this placement as an over-giver. Giving from an empty cup…as if they needed to “slave”. It’s definitely a difficult placement, but probably not as analytical towards others as you say. And if it is, it’s probably due to its house placement.

Spot on! I definitely have the internal qualities of virgo (analytical, judge, nervousness etc..) but not so much the planner and organized. I was raised mostly by mom who is a pisces sun and very unorganized so I think that has something to do with it lol. And my Dad is virgo. So cool how my soul set that up to emphasize this learning.

Hmmm. I’ve always wondered about this placement. I’m very much into astrology and always have been but haven’t found a lot of information on what nodes are. I had to double check my placement because this “south node” sounds nothing like me. I’ve never been a judgmental or “fact based” kind of person. In fact i am an empath and always have been emotionally driven. Is it possible that i have never been connected to my south node? I’ve never really connected to any “Virgo” traits.
Heather Renee What House is the south node in? That may have an affect, as well as other aspects of your full natal chart. Your south sounds like mine (cancer-very empathetic + emotionally driven) so maybe the house your south is in is ruled by cancerian aspects? Or maybe you have Piscean aspects in your chart that may “ease” out the ways of your south node...
Me neither. I've never been a judgemental person and always welcomed everybody from all walks of life and have many friends from different races. So that's why I don't really relate too much to my south node.

Richard, suggest you go to astro.com. You can learn a lot there and it's free. Insofar as the Houses are concerned, you may have already researched about it since your post, 10 months ago...Anyway, the two most popular house systems are: Placidus and Whole Sign. My first astrology teacher ascribed to the Whole Sign house system. Then, a few months ago, an online post led me to investigate using the Placidus house system, to see if the Planet-House location seemed more appropriate. Via Whole Sign my Sun, Mercury, Jupiter and North Node are in my 4th House, however, using the Placidus House system the're all in my 3rd House.
With me having both my rising and moon in gemini plus my sun in sagittarius, I think I identify even further with the heavy mercurial energy. So my mind like never "shuts the fuck up" lol. However what I've found is that despite my persistent need for factual proof, when you "let go" of rigid mindedness there seems to be an unspoken knowing in the unknown.
