The Dalai Lama had sent various military missions into Tibet to stir up unrest there but failed miserably as the overwhelming Chinese Defense Forces killed or captured them in Tibet. Till this day, India which has a frontier problems with China is training and arming this Tibetan reactionary forces supported by the CIA but failed and many Tibetans were killed instantly in the Tibet/China border regions.
