Nx hasn't split line?

Why do you want to split a line? What are you planning?
For parametric CAD systems, every line is like a cell in Excel. Splitting a cell creates new addresses, so it is the same with splitting lines. NX still has an old non-parametric command for splitting lines. See Menu, Edit, Curve, Divide...
From the point of view of parametric modelling, however, I cannot recommend this command.
