I'm just curious but does this and the other figures scale well with CHUG figures?

well, they're just over voyager height in bot mode. like 1/4-1/2" taller than inferno. so if that works for you than yes
however, I personally find that they size up pretty good woth MP Grimlock, though I find him tiny when compared to other MP bots
