Sorry guys, I'm commenting back about 2 yrs too late! 😁 I did this as a school project. I'm sorry I can't help you with your questions. But I'm glad this video was helpful to you! 🙂
Your question is one year old, but if it helps... I use a small star screwdriver and I put an alcohol swab on the end. I insert it in the tip sealer hole and forcefully rotate it. I may have to repeat this process. I was having issues where the gunk in the sealer was so hard to remove that it would frequently give me errors. I realized that the sealer’s metal is so hard that it’s pretty hard to damage. It was out of desperation, but I’ve been doing it for close to 10 years now, and haven’t had a problem or error since I started doing this. Good luck.
Could you make a monthly maintenance video as well? I would so appreciate it!
