I believe 750usd/mo is way too high for Jakarta. Even Kuala Lumpur might be less expensive than this

Saya malah kaget dengan seluas itu bisa dapat $700 , sebagai perbandingan di dekat mall taman anggrek dengqn luas 1/3 nya sudah menyentuh $600 perbulan.
My opinion for jakarta its considered cheap for that size.
