In momentu cand o pornesc si astept sa se incalzeasca apa pt a putea face expreso , se aprinde un bec rosu si palpaie cateva secunde si apoi se stinge . Mentionez ca am facut decalcifiere . Desi becul rosu palpaie , inca pot face cafea , dar banuiesc ca sigur are ceva problema altfel nu s-ar aprinde becul respectiv. Cei de la Altex mi au spus ca nu e ceva ce ar depinde de garantie . Ce pot face in situatia asta ? Multumesc pentru orice raspuns .
If you referring the how long the espresso must be, this depending of your preferences end can be from 50ml to 120ml but I recommend to use cups of 90ml, for me are the best and the taste of coffee it's amazing.

My stepmom gave me this machine and I tried it tonight, but it just kept pouring and I wasn’t sure when to stop or if it stopped on its own so I ended up just turning it off., I use white coffee so it’s hard to tell since it’s so light what is water and what is espresso
@@vickiic.r5032 Hi, yes I fill the filter with measuring cup, one for smaller one and two for bigger for 2 espresso and after the white light comes on, rotate the central button and leave till the cup/cups of 90ml are almost full. This means for me an long espresso. If you prefer short, stop when the white light goes out, or use the small cup to see when it's full. Hope that will be useful for you, nice day!
I didn't do it until now, but I think you should buy a product for this procedure, mix with the specified quantity of water in the tank and simulate that make some coffee.
Am o intrebare, ai avut probleme cu el la pornire? (Al meu pur si simplu nu trage/scoate apa, am facut toti pasii perfecti dupa carte si dupa videoclipuri pe youtube si tot nu merge, il las sa se preincalzeasca dar nu merge nici aburul nici espresso). Daca poti sa ma ajuti te rog raspunde la comentariu! Multumesc.

I just bought this and it is not pulling water. I remove the plastic sealed. I don't understand what I am doing wrong
Hi, check if the button for selection coffee or steam it's totally released. Don't use a coffee too fine grounded.
I’m trying to run through the first use instructions and it’s not pulling water for me either.
Check if the bottom valve from water tank can be moved and spring can be release and comprimate for allowing water to be pulled from pump.

Verifica dacă ai scos dopul rosu de la rezervorul de apa si dacă nu cumva e opturat orificiul de curgere.
@@cflorinel99 am scos dopul roșu potrivit cărții, din cate am văzut nu pare nimic sa obtureze, din cate am văzut pompa pare să meargă în gol
