The fun part is to make crazy bikes, which is why the last one won, because his bike was the least crazy. It's usually the challenge of having to make the crazy contraptions work, and getting enough momentum to get over the bumps to get to the narrow part. But most of all it's just about having a laugh and putting up a fun show for the spectators.
