Sea air got to it. Me and my other signal guy who covers this division went out and swapped em with some reused mechanical bells from the Northgate Pass Line

I actually played it earlier because I had founded it but noticed that the rail lines and roads in parts of the map wasn't done yet and also that the signals wouldn't work either to see if they would turn on if you push the light on top of the control cabinet
