How come they didn't have the RSV4 Factory out there playing with them? I would've loved seeing it go up against the 1199, s1000rr. The MV wasn't out there as well. They should've also had that bike out there running with them.
The moment you realize , all bikes using aftermarket exhaust except Suzuki GSXR1000 2nd cheapest bike after CBR1000 well, ZX-10 trumps all 1000cc bikes like a boss.
New 10r is no joke that's for sure. Love it! I'd love to run against a few myself. If anybody got a s1000rr and you live in Alabama or not to far from the state, let's race^_^
All beautiful machines, but I don't think the results are so deterministic. In the first run R1 looses to cbr but in the second R1 is faster. Rider has a great influence. Nevertheless, the Kawa and S1000RR looks like they are the fastest.

Desempenho não se mede só nas retas. Nas curvas é que se avalia se a moto é rápida. A prova do que estou dizendo é a CBR1000RR de John McGuinness no TT, da Ilha de Man. Ele já foi 19 vezes campeão, por que vc acha que ele escolheu a Honda CBR1000RR ?
wow this is a cool vid though I don't understand a word they're saying. what a great start by the Ninja and it never gave up the lead. BMW passed Suzuki easily to get second place. Ducati looks slow among the last group. doesn't surprise me. I love the zx10r.

Kawasaki and BMW are the game changers of this generation with the release of the s1000rr and its brutal power only the 10r has answered. Ducatis are beautiful and very unique which is why they are so sought after however they're bark is far worse then their bite they simply don't walk the walk unless its a short sprint twisty the r1 is a great race bike that's primarily what its meant to do however it has lost its competitiveness on the street since 08. For the street? 10r/s1000rr are dominant
Yes they are all very strong but i would chose them this way: Track: Aprilia RSV4 > fastest in almost every test Sheer power: BMW or Kawa (i still think BMW is a tad more powerful) Style and design: Ducati Bang for the buck: Suzuki Honda, Yamaha and MV Agusta need some upgrades I would love to see a 1000 Daytona from Triumph though xD
This is the only video on the internet which has a zx10r beat a bmw. The bmw always dominates and usually ha a 15-20 hp advantage. I even seen a video where a bmw with pipe and fuel map beat an ama kawi. I think the rider of the bmw got a bad start which is why he kept his right leg down so long down the stretch. But either way the kawi duc and bmw were the nicest bikes there. Wonder why no love for the aprillia or the super gorgeous ktm.
Matt R C apparently you cant read maybe in school when they were teaching you about your letters you were trying to figure out how to come out to your parents I clearly said that a bmw s1000rr beat an ama kawazaki zx10r superbike. Look it up there were videos of it done online and the kawi was piloted by a professional racer. So I could care less if it was an american kawi or a european one cause unless its a kawi from mars no kawi is going to make more power than a 100k superbike. Tool.
Performance is measured not only on the straights, curves are that really matter, why should John McGuinness choose Honda CBR1000RR to ride TT Isle of Man race???

R1,ZX and S1000 has a custom exhaust, but the other bike has a stock exhaust, it's not equal anymore !!!
