I think Taeyeon likes showing off her stomach/belly button. Notice how Taeyeon is the only one wearing a two piece costume. Sure the wardrobe stylist is the one who decides what they're going to wear but I'm sure the members have some say in terms of preferences. Like Tiffany and Seohyun rarely wear outfits that shows off their belly buttons (especially in the later years) but Taeyeon consistently shows hers off much more than them in live performances, concerts, and music videos.
