Hi! Since prices of ingredients are getting pricier nowadays, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial for a Putong ala Goldilocks recipe that is much more affordable for our food business yet results to the same yummy and fluffy rice cake. Let's start!
Ingredients:
1 cup or 125 g flour
1/2 cup or 91 g sugar
1 swak pack or 33 g powdered milk
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. or 10 g baking powder
1 medium or large size egg
3/4 cup or 188 ml water
1/8 cup or 28 g margarine or oil
cheese for toppings
For Condensed Milk Variety:
1 cup or 125 g flour
1/2 cup or 148 g condensed milk
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. or 10 g baking powder
1 medium or large size egg
1/3 cup + 1/4 cup or 146 ml water
1/8 cup or 28 g margarine or oil
cheese for toppings
