Thanks The thing you're trying to make at 9:53 . Add a 'Transform' Effect on to adjustment layer and use the Scale from there instead of the original Transform controls.

I want to ask, what if I want the axis of the line to appear from the right side? so the lines don't appear from the center, but from the right. I've changed the coordinates of the light brust but it's getting weird.
