I hope Simon remains humble and genuine as XG grows in popularity. I appreciate how he manages and supports the girls like a true mentor and older brother. I just hope he won't get caught up with external influences that may pressure him to make unwarranted decisions. XG is truly one of a kind, a rare gem. They're steady and organic growth is the way to go. And I was happy to hear Maya comfort herself by mentioning that mistakes are inevitable, and the other girls even reassured her that she did amazing. As long as they remain tight as a group, they will truly go along way. It's just warm to witness women uplifting each other in such industry. Congratulations, girls! Simon is a former Kpop idol and experience the good and bad under his career, so I doubt very much he will begin to mismanage them like many companies does. But we can never be 100 percent certain. Let's not worry about the future and enjoy the present.

I like how things are not being rushed with XG. Their honesty and kindness are truly humbling. There are popular groups out there like newjeans that have been hit with popularity at such a fast pace. However, I appreciate seeing how these ladies are coming along. They are proving themselves every day and each RUclips video and posts on Reddit, Weverse, and Alphaz app shows how much the fans truly care.

Mカ決まったと聞いてすごく嬉しそうなメンバーの様子をみてウルッとした🥺マーティンは日頃エネルギッシュで明るいイメージが強いけど、知る程にプロフェッショナルだからこそ自分に厳しく繊細な一面もあると最近感じる時がある。みんなで大丈夫だよ！マヤだから対応出来たんだよ～！と優しく慰めるメンバーの場面とても素敵。そしてすぐ前向きにシフトチェンジ出来るマーティンもすごいし…XG最高！

Stop talking rubbish. A young JYP toured the US with Wonder Girls, staying in motels and ate ramen with them. BTS's boss also went through humbling beginnings with his agency and the group, together.

I've never seen a group so excited and grateful for receiving letters and gifts! Most groups don't show the behind the scenes, but I'm so thankful for XG editors for including it. XG is always grateful and kind, and they genuinely have a passion towards making their fans happy.
Simon really is just as amazing as the girls, his trust in them and how he doesn’t doubt their gonna be big and supports them , really don’t get that with just anybody in charge of a girl group. He’s making their dreams come true and is happy for them. Pretty awesome to see

When I looked at this behind the scene video it made me think 'ahhhh they're the real deal, they're not hear to play.' The way they interact with fans, the way they're touched when they get letters, the way they always slow their car down to thank the fans for supporting them, the way their faces held pure unadulterated joy when Simon told them they booked a live, the way they bring each other up. It's all the simple yet super important things that they are doing RIGHT. I'm already so into them, I'm so excited to stan !!!!!!!!!!

It’s so refreshing to see a group that honestly could of went unnoticed because of their concept but out the pure love everyone has for them you can tell how truly grateful they are to be where they are. Just to see them so happy that they got booked to perform on MCountdown made me tear up. They are so appreciative of all the love they are getting and it shows full heartedly. I wish absolutely nothing but the best for them. They deserve the world ❤

@@briannabirckett Yes we can thank K-Alphaz enough for their support and for letting everyone know on twi tter that the antis were showing up early and claiming the tickets for the performances on those shows. They were doing it so the K-Alphaz would not get them and then they wouldn't show up or give them the silent treatment at the very beginning of their promotions. Thanks to those K-Alphaz they started asking for proof that would show they were ALPHAZ and that's how little by little we heard their cheers at those shows. Once again thank you K-ALPHAZ.

And Maya 2:04, pls don't be too hard on yourself. The fact that you admit to being human and fallible just makes you more relatable and makes us love you even more 💗 Also, can we appreciate how Simon praised and encouraged her when she was too down on herself and how the others also rallied around her while doing the same? Also noticed that Maya was having trouble with her mic but what remained with me was how she handled that so well. Loved the way the other members circled around her afterwards and kept praising how she handled that instead.

I guess I've been out of the Kpop scene for a long time, but I didn't know getting booked, especially on M Countdown, was such a big deal. I want to say thank you to Simon and his team for looking out for the ladies and doing their best fighting for their place as worldwide artists. I understand it's going to take time and I don't want any of the members to get burnt out.

I think it was a bigger deal to them also due to the unconventional path of being an all Japanese group in Korea singing in English. They are definitely aware of the animosity and controversy surrounding them. In many of their BTS videos you can see them on RUclips in the background watching react videos and reading comments. So being invited back to M Countdown was sort of a validation that people enjoy their music enough to ask them to come back.
just like itsmausu said. The girls know and knew coming into this industry for them was not going to be easy. Not only do they get hate by some knetz and koreaboos but also by some AA. I just went into a reaction video and read the comments and didn't even watch it because of what i read from the comments. We are here to support them 100% and any little thing is a big deal for sure, against all odds.
It is! Besides, we've only seen a fraction of the groups that debuted in Korea. Most of them don't even get covered by the media. Groups from small med agencies we've seen have capital or connections (or a lucky hit song out of nowhere).
Why is that's so difficult to perform on Korean music platform?
1.They are Japanese
2. They come from mid-small company.
If Simon had no connection with some acquaintances in SoKor, it'd be impposible to get invited

I never really into any groups or chasing stars but after i discovered XG i am obsessed XD I feel like there are something special about XG that is different from all other groups and they will become a legendary group.
also I noticed Maya's mic issue from previous live video, it's nice to see how they react to it afterwards, glad to see they all so positive and encouraging, that's wholesome. Accidents do happen from time to time and how you handle it shows your skills, experiences, on the spot reaction etc. I think Maya handled it pretty well and will learn from it to do better. Great job girls and the whole team working behind them. XG going all the way!!!
