How's the suspension on the 230r and the 300r? Im debating between the 2 bikes, I ride pretty hard but am only 135 lbs so I think the suspension should be ok. I want the 300r but I dont like the extra weight of it compared to the 230r. Also does the 300r have a big power difference?
@@saddan0227 seriously…good decision…I like the 300r and it’s a good bike to have but I’ve had more issues with the 300r than the 230r…and I’ve had more fun on the 230r. Good luck!
I have a ttr 230 and the 300r . 2 totally different bikes. For flowy single track the 230 is awesome but if you want the power to hop over obstacles the 300 wins that category. If you ride slow and like your feet to be able to touch the ground the 230 is the bike . It doesn't overheat and is much lighter .
Good riding good.riding friends my first xc race is this coming sunday i cant wait to braaappp on my 300r
Sweet! Good luck…the KLX’s are great bikes!
Nice fun
Thanks!
do you think a 5'3 male would be able to ride comfortably on the 230r or 230r s?
100% yes!
hi hows the power on the klx 300r?
No issues…Power is smooth and reliable…you can pretty much keep it in 2d

Honestly, I think you’d do better getting the 230r…not a huge power difference and it’s much easier to handle
@@DirtBikeSessions Ok thanks I will probably get the 230

If you ride in soft sand or over steep hills the 230 will struggle.
Could’ve got up that hill on the 140
😂
