Great video ben :) dating can be really fun, however relationships are very complex so enjoy not having to worry about it when you are younger, I think! Even if it seems like everyone else is dating, in my opinion the whole experience is so much better if you find the right person - someone who you can trust, have a great time with & who is respectful. & Friendships should take priority :)
I heard about breedlovetv on the news. I immediately put his YT name in my phone because his videos sounded so interesting on the news. I heard ben's story on Christmas day and even though I've never even watched a single one of his vids until yesterday, I feel like he was a part of me b/c his vids are so inspiring. He died so young, but he made a difference in this world. R.I.P Ben, you'll never be forgotten, I promise you.
True about the responsibility... there is a lot of handle when you are in a relationship. Its not only about you now you have to think of the other person. Also dealing with fights and problems with your significant other. It all depends on your maturity level. Some people are very mature at a young age.

But that prince isn't going to perfect in every aspect either but he'll be perfect for you. Take risk because that's what life is about.

i love these videos! In my opinion when your about 15 or 16 i think you can start going on dates. Legit dates like to the restaurant, not just movie dates.
The thing that scares me these days is how is "dating" different from sex in some peoples minds??? Going to a movie with someone is FAR different than having sex and the ages for these things should be a lot different as well. I don't know a lot about it because I'm not a kid anymore but I think to a 12 or 13 year old who wants someone to like or love them the lines could be grey between "dating" and "sex". Heck I'm older and I still get confused about the difference here sometimes!

in germany we're not allowed to drive under 18 so that's not the point why we shouldn't dating because i'm 14 i know that's not 16 but i have a boyfriend and this is really serious because we know each other a long long time. I think you should date someone who you really like and than the age is not the most important point. I doesn't want a relationship with 14, but you can't control feelings. I think it's up to the person, the personality when you're ready for dating or not thats my opinion:)
Let's be real here, if you need to ask someone whether or not they think you're old enough to date, you probably aren't mature enough to handle a relationship. Also if you like someone, you can be friends with them or hook up with them without disrespecting your parents rules

My friend and i did date and it was going well we were dating for about 3 months and i was going to tell my mum at the end of the month but one day in school he came up to me and broke up with me and he walked off with this other girl. i was really upset but the week after i saw him do the same girl he was with and walked off with a new girl. It make me notice how he has no respect for anyone! i think i will start dating around 15/16. Thumbs up so ben can see it!!!:)
I dunno, I think it depends the kind of relationship below 18/19 I don't think you should have a sexual relationship. But 16 for a non-sexual one seems pretty fine.

I think the ideal age to date is when you can actually GO on a date. (when you can drive or when the person you're dating can drive.) People these days consider "dating" to be holding hands in the hallway in middle school and "hanging out". so yeah. :P

My boyfriend and i have been dating for almost 6 months and we plan on dating for much much longer. i'm a sophmore in highschool (15) and he's a junior (almost 17). because of the age difference we aren't in any of the same classes but we do see eachother in the hallway sometimes. is it weird that we don't ever show any form of PDA? we don't even hold hands...all my friends think that it's weird and we should at least hold hands when we walk together. what do you think?

@hannahindc I didn't have my first kiss until I was 23 and engaged. i saved my first kiss for my future husband because I thought that was thend I don't regret it. :-) it was VERY romantic. My kiss was so much more special!!!
