On the way from Bangalore to Coorg, you will find Kaveri Nisargadhama Forest first and then Chicklihole Reservoir and way further comes Madikeri or the city side of Coorg. On Coorg Day 1 of my Itinerary because we were closer to the banks of Cauvery / Kaveri river, we visited Deer Park in Kaveri Nisargadhama and then went to the Horshoe shape reservoir.
