Alfa Romeo 147 facelift projector installation

- The facelift Alfa 147 has a different headlight as the standard 147. With this new shroud, the Medium Gatlin Gun, it looks very nice!
The 147 Alfa is facelifted in the end of 2004.
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
0:00 Heat the headlight for about 17 minutes and open it with a flat screw driver
0:20 Unscrew the bulb holder from the housing and also from the projector (when it's mounted)
0:44 Screw the Medium Gatlin Gun shroud on the projector with the included screws
1:06 Place the rubber ring on the tail to prevent vibrations, put it trough the reflector and align it with the included centric ring, after that secure it with the screw nut
1:38 Connect the bi xenon plug with the H1 high beam splitter for high lights from the projectors
3:24 Screw the bulb holder back on the tail, place the bulb into it and plug the two little plugs into the H7 connector
4:01 Don't forget to clean the lens and shrouds. Wipe out all fingerprints and dust
4:06 Press the glass back on the housing and heat it again for about 17 minutes in a carton box, after it's heated again press the glass further in the housing and be sure the sealing will close the edges

Retrofitting refers to the addition of new technology or features to older systems. In fact they don’t realize that their headlight beams are often worse than before. Night vision achieves relatively little improvement on night vision because of a poor beam pattern, which increases the blinding of other road users. This is because their headlight housings are designed for halogen and not xenon.
A true Bi-Xenon projector update is now possible for your car. Such an upgrade will significantly improve your light output from 700-2100 lumens to 2800 and 3500 lumens, without blinding other traffic with glare from your headlight. Upgrade your headlight OEM style!

what are these cables for (from the headlight) ? and the ones that wasnt on the lens, why didnt u connect them straight to that projecter cables(that are removing the barrier) i need to know so i dont mess up anything if i order.

Yes, with our high beam splitters you will have high beam from the xenon projector and the original high beam bulb :-)

I check the D2S 3.0 to show the model, You're right. It not fit inside the H7 housing.

Hello guys what.s the lenght of the projectors you used..i found some 3 inch 11.5 cm long and 7.5 cm wide.think theyll fit?

Sí, también debería ser posible con Valeo, tal vez sea un poco más difícil de abrir (el que usamos fue muy fácil) y ligeramente diferente, pero en lo básico, debería ser lo mismo.
DEPO tiene faros que son fáciles de abrir, porque generalmente están sellados con butilo.
How much costs for buying this?
Retrofitlab Finished headlights or kit for upgrade? I'm interesting for buying but i must be surre what i need for my 147 restyling, what tipe of lights, equipment and simillar because in my country i cannot buy stuff for tunning or simillar. I will contact tou on e-mail.
