Would have loved to see the weapons in their morphed state, so the Switch Axes in Sword Mode and the Charge Blades in Axe Mode. You cannot get this information ingame except by building it and going on a quest. Maybe content for a part 2 video? 😁

Barroth SA makes good use of the hybrid monster & iron/bone base design imo. While it it's built upon the Bone Tree, the Barroth tree still somewhat retains its classic look from back in Tri. Hell, the Barroth parts looks nice on some of the ore base weapons via Augments
I know I'm gonna sound super petty but OMG the bone/ore and random monster parts look was so infuriating! Especially for monster that had unique designs in past games. When looking at the ore/bone weapons and comparing them to the unique designs it felt like night and day. So many missed opportunities!! I love World/Iceborne and have over 1000 hrs in the game, but man I'm never gonna get over that. Ok, sorry for ranting just really wanted to get that off my chest.

Never forget to recharge your vails. The little cup looking things under your stamina. If they go red for too long it will just bounce off the monsters skin. Biggest hurdle i had when using. It's real fun tho.
I have a question is a ruiner nergigante switch ax still viable in hunts, and is a regeneration vampire build still viable, I'm just asking because my PlayStation broke around the time I finally got all the monsters unlocked to make the build
vampire build is trash, regen augment level 1 is better. nergi swaxe is ok but once u can get safi and kulve/alatreon ull go for them rather than nergi swaxe :)
@@ultracombo764 I know that but my PlayStation died as soon as I finished my second Safi jiva hunt and unlocked gold rathion and brute tygrex, now it wouldn't be much of a problem if I could just simply put my data from one PlayStation to another but I can't as it's under warranty so I have to wait 3 years and by that time
Charge Blade really didn't much love when it came to designs huh. I mean the ones closer to the end are cool, but half of it was just "Ore/Bone with parts on it"

I like how the Guild Palace Switch Axe was the only one showcased in sword form rather than axe form like the others.
And the Switchaxe never got a unique individual special event design in mhw's life cycle.
It could be worse. Imagine your weapon got a unique event skin, but it was a console exclusive. Looking at you Stormslinger.

Most of the mhw weapon design was basically the original ore or iron design but was slapped with a monster sticker on the side
