You do definitely have the most diverse farming channel out there be it the equipment used or the locations. And great camera views, drone ,and audio without a bunch of unnecessary talking. And no stupid antics or drama. Best channel of this type as far as I'm concerned. Andy at Farm ,Fixing ,and Fabricating is the best with his type where you are more involved with the family on one select farm. Two different types of videos but both equally great and you guys are the best at making them. Thanks for your time and efforts.
Great to see something only about an hour from me. That style of no-till is common in this region. Traditional tillage is of course very popular but no till is quite common.
Yes, there is a lot of farm-tubing which is awesome… and yes, you have the most versatile, and Versatile 😁content which is appreciated. It’s nice to see every size of operation and get a good feel to how farming works in all shapes and sizes. Keep em’ coming!
Nice video, are you sure they are sowing corn? He sows in maize stubble and all sowing elements go through the soil at 15 inches. Don't you have crop rotation? I think that Jilles Boer's farm vlogs in the Netherlands show even more different machines.
I still have not seen any videos on your channel from deep south Texas, and I don't mean the Corpus Christi area. I know the Millenial Farmer was down here.
Now do it without GPS =p We had to modify our markers to make sure Dad could see them =p (back in the 90's) Everyone now makes it look easy-peasy. Especially now when we do cover crops =p
Mike, most farmers are not the huge equipment folks and seeing these type of videos is a great thing. Keep them coming & stay safe.
Spot on Mike. First time I've seen direct drilling corn. 👍

Seems to be a very quiet tractor
Good video.
I like watching Mike less videos on RUclips, from the imperial co California.
Love your variety Mike, that’s definitely one of the reason I follow your channel! Keep them coming.

Yes definitely planting corn here. Most guys do crop rotation but corn on corn usually always works out.
Mike when are the bigger nemesis coming out?😎
When do they spray off those weeds? Before corn emergence or after? With what? Is it Roundup Ready corn?
You can do either.
Vous semez à 40 centimètres de largeur avec des éléments en quinconce ?
Would you say that was a good looking tractor and corn planter? You would be correct, especially that tractor--that's a nice tractor!
What are they planting into?
Are thos cover crops or weeds
Well I was thinking weeds but it may be a cover crop I'm not familiar with. Or are the weeds a Cover Crop?
Chickweed
@@farmhandmike well yes, in a way they are cover crops. Free ones too!
