This is a security door lock with fingerprint sensor. It is able to record all the door actions to and SD card and with real time. You can store new users, open door with the sensor and close it with push button. It has and LCD display for the users.

Isn’t that just an optical reader with built in micro? I’m pretty sure u can trick those ones with a picture. U should have used a capacitive reader like an fpc1020

You can't be 200 % confident. I think it's a value from 0-255 or 0-200. So you'd have to map that to 0-100 if you want to display confidence as a percentage.

Hey I’ve printed out all parts and I have all electronics but I’m stuck trying to code. I’m trying to set the time using the ds3231 library and code but keep getting error saying “no matching function for call to ds3231 etc.. and it’s highlights “ the part under void setup..Ds3231 rtc (SDA,SCL);. Searched the forum and it says the code isn’t the right one for the library

I tried to do it and it’s work fine but when I changed the LCD print quotes the project is not working as before the lcd stop displaying and the module is not scanning it’s a weird problem does anyone have the same problem here or have any idea why is this happening and how to solve it ??

Isn't it possible to simply unscrew your case and manually tell the servo to move. You should create a setup with all the electronics inside the house so it won't be possible to take apart from the outside
Jo Hinder you could (and should) just simply put the servo and all the electronics except the servo behind the door, so it can't be tampered with.
The idea is that the servo would be on the inside of the door and the electronics inside the case. Metal case even better...
Still safer just to leave the arduino behind the door. Ripping off the metal case from the wall or door would leave the servo wires exposed and the system wouldn't be so secure.
By the way, i really appreciate you making these videos and even taking time to anwser questions :)

Electronoobs And you could put anti-tamper measures. For example, activating an alarm if unscrewed. Also, putting a microcontroller on the inside that checks for a specific key sent by the one on the outside would massively improve security.

emmm, why are there softwareserial in the code? i mean ATMEGA256 have literally 4 pairs of hardware UART
There is a serial UART that is used for uC programming, serial monitor and so on and that is for tx0 and rx0. The other serial in the code is defined as a software serial where you define the pins and those will create interrupts for rx and TX pins from the fingerprint sensor.
But the point is that the mega has several other hardware uart pins which you could use
