thief enemies are such bullcrap, especially if they run away IMMEDIATELY after stealing something or you cannot recover what they stole when you do kill them (goblins from FFXV for instance as they can mug you to steal a potion which they immediately use to heal)
ok sorry but no goblins in 15 stealing is a joke on its own. they steal what 100 gil or something. i can easily get hundreds of millions in like an hour. potions are like 50 gil. sorry but 15 is not a good example for thief enemies in any game.
