This is one of the most impactful astrology lessons I have had in my 16 years of studying the discipline. My north node is in my 8th house in the sign of Libra. When I was 19 years old, I met the love of my life. I fell in love immediately and deeply, and by the time we had one date I was so in love that I almost couldn't breathe in his presence. I was completely freaked out because my childhood left me feeling totally unworthy of love. After that first date I went away for a college assignment for a month, and while away I stupidly became entangled in a meaningless ONS with someone else from my school. The moment we got back to our campus my life's love saw us among some mutual friends and that was it, he was done with me romantically. (Still he was very nice to me, always stopped to talk to me, said yes when I asked to make him dinner, treated me nicely, but NOTHING romantic.) It took me ten years to get another chance with him, and we were engaged and then married within months. I enjoyed our beautiful life together (two kids) for the next 34 years. Still, he would NEVER allow me to even talk about what happened back when I betrayed him. He wouldn't let me tell him about how completely freaked out I was to feel so strongly for someone I barely knew, so immediately and so completely, that I did the common soulmate thing of sabotaging the relationship because I didn't understand why I felt so connected at the drop of a hat. My husband died three months ago. So that is my story of my north node in the house of death, transformation and rebirth. At the time of my stupid indiscretion, Pluto was exactly conjunct my north node (which is within 5 degrees of my loved one's ascendant) and I was also experiencing my first Uranus square to my natal Uranus. I have also been told by a few astrologers that I was reliving a past life in this incarnation. Recently I talked to my love through a psychic medium, and he said that he knew immediately that I was his "person," and that for him our connection was magnetic and surreal from the beginning. He said that my early antics had devastated him and made him really sad and depressed for a long time. I feel SO much regret for my stupidity, but this video has helped me to understand that I would have been working against a LOT of headwind to have made the better decision to avoid my ill-fated encounter. I know I am still responsible for my actions and will regret them until the day I die and join my love.
Yes, sometimes our bad actions are part of the "soul agreement" we have with other people, and those actions are for me the most painful part of life. But the pain we caused and the pain we experience because of it is our path to heeling. Your story has a beautiful ending (although it didn't end, your love still goes on), so thank you for sharing.
I too fell in love with a man basically from first sight as well as energy but it was not reciprocated and I was played with. Could never understand why and never saw him again.
One of the biggest myths is that older people are set in their ways and younger people are open to new experiences and new ways of doing things. These are personality traits, not age-related conditions.
I think it’s both and those with personality traits of openness will have an easier time staying open when getting older. But many close down over time, it’s not related to personality traits but could range from experiencing repeated betrayals, set backs, loss, etc. for those becoming set in your ways is a form of protection. It needs to be address and worked on to change, otherwise will stay the same.
I can't wait to dig into this. Life has flipped upside down since the eclipses started. I thought I was headed in one direction and then bam, I'm left to re-decide on whether that really is the path I want to take. Thank you Heather 💙
This is so fascinating! I had my first nodal return in 1996. This was when I first realized I was depressed, and suffered for many years with mental health problems. On my node reversal in 2005, it started a period where I became very prosperous doing contracting work. My next nodal return was in 2014. A close friend of mine died within a few months, which ended altering the course of my life in ways I would never have expected. I'm getting my second node reversal in early 2024. I'm looking forward to another cycle of prosperity!

Wow this was an amazing teaching, thank you! I acquired jan spiller’s book, “astrology for the soul” (all about nodes) more than 20 years ago and considered it my bible! It helped me tremendously to get some perspective as I went through so much learning and evolving in my 30s and into my 40s when, as you predicted, my evolved self felt more second nature. But at 55 with my nodal return happening now in my 9th, I find myself in another country - probably couldn’t be further from my previous home - with my life unfolding as I guess Taurus would have me live it… quite beautifully in nature. (I was “called” here in a lightning bolt moment as transiting Uranus was exactly conjunct my NN in 9th house of international travel.) And while here without all the family obligations of the past 30 years, I have time to write about all that practical philosophy the 9th house drove me to focus on my whole life haha! Can’t make this stuff up! 💕

Wow, this is revelational - is that a word? My NN is in Leo 22deg and my 7th house. I'm a Scorpio and grew up in a family if Leo's. My life with NN at 19yrs then 52yrs, with a Leo - my first love at 18 he was gone by my 19th, across the world with me returning home pregnant. He played no part of our lives, my only daughter also has NN Leo, he uncannily returns into my life and heart again at 52. But again not into our child's. Love with him rose again and we reconnected physically for a month but continued long distance. However we drifted apart with contact over the years but oddly I called him only this year and it wasn't a great connection and I don't want more from him anyway, but I feel this timeless 'been there done that with him in another time' thing and love for this man. I'm 60 now and still rising from the ashes with things in life. What ensued after that first reconnection with him became this unbearably difficult and life changing path for me with my daughter that, to this day is estranged and awful because of grandkids mostly as I feel it's an irrevocable situation with her. So much of what Heather said was hard hitting truths and made so much sense. I don't regret or dislike a thing that's happened, I own it all. It feels too fatalistic and right to go against it just because it has played out like this. I'm astounded by that thought but I fully trust my knowing and belief I am just living out my life as it should, even if it looks like I shouldn't. I'm just learning astrology so it's helpful to relate it to my life with learning things. I'm just amazed at this whole node thing. Whoomph!

Heather, this resonates so much! My North node is in Aquarius, between my moon & mercury. Nobody else in my family has prominent Aquarius energy. I feel I dont understand this energy especially in the 4th house, so it has been very much trial & error, I have researched my ancestry, been healing my 4th house. I'm going through inverse nodal return. I have In my natal chart a Scorpio stellium in 5th house. North node,venus,jupiter,vertex,mercury& last but not least pluto😬 I'm literally purging of alot things and I'm growing internally as a person. -south node in taurus in 11th house my lilith in taurus is also there. North node is now transiting my 11th house and the 5th house is now transiting 11th house. I'm letting alot go. Moving on and forgiving learning new things on my own etc.

they teach you in school that everyone is different because of their dna and their cells and what not, and thats true as well. but after exploring this astrology stuff i really believe we are different because no body in the world (except a twin, but not even they can come out at the exact minute) was birthed at the same location and time as you. Last year was my node reversal. My North is Sagittarius in 4th house and my South is Gemini in 10th house. Also, I will turn 48 in a few months. So, both my nodes are just about mature. Funny enough, it is just about now that I am starting to feel that I'm actually grown up finally. I guess that makes sense if both my nodes are almost mature. My business is finally taking off this year, too. So, maybe I am better able to use my Gemini gifts in my 10th house of career now that my South node is more mature. I feel like I am slowing down in my North Node area, too. With it in Sagittarius, next to my moon, in the 4th house, I have moved waaayyy too many times. And the moves have been highly charged. I have been very seriously seeking stability in that area for a while and might find some of that stability now. I sure hope so! Lol. Thank you for sharing this video about the subject. I have natal nodes return now, with Taurus north node in my 5th house. I wish more astrologers would have spoken about this more in detail years ago. I have lost 7 years of my life searching for meaning in what I do, before I went full force in the arts (acting for theatre/film). I was stopped by the pandemic and went into writing, however I did not enjoy writing a book about entrepreneurship in the digital arts, which is a thing I'm good with, but not cathartic like acting. So here's what happened when the nodes returned. Hopefully, whoever reads this is sitting down. I got sick in January this year and binged on my favorite show ever, True Blood. I realised one of the actors was a really good actor, and I searched for his instagram page. I found him, followed him, liked his pics, and he ended up talking to me, asked for headshots and now we will do Anthony & Cleoaptra together because we both love that play, and he is also a theatre actor. Is the craziest thing ever. Also what Heather says is correct, we are insatiable for knowledge in the North node area. I'm capable of taking courses in drama non stop, I'm greedy in that sense and did feel like an impostor when I wasn't educated and not experienced enough. In my south node which is Scorpio I'm good with the occult and have always had a planets and star attraction since I was a kid I was laying in the grass looking at the night sky. I also have a scorpionic need to retreat in a corner when things go bad. Anyway, pray for me people!! Send all my love to everyone and thank u Heather for a lovely and wise video!

Talking about synchronisation. Me and my partner have an exact (on the same degree) opposition with our Nodes. We have them in Capricorn/Cancer We have major syncronisations happening in our lives since we are together and many lessons to happely solve together. I find it hard to find information on this specific position in our charts. Very curious what it means according to your knowledge. I have my experience, feelings and insights about it already but more is always welcome. 2:15 that be very interesting to know more about the north node. I have mine in the 10th leo with my sun conjunct ceres and mercury retro in that house. I know in generall what it means or could mean, but it is always good to learn more and gather information to figure out ones own birth chart. Aspects and transits are also always giving the natal placement new nuances making everything even more of a mysterious puzzle piece of life.
The eclipses have really changed my perspective in life. I’m a Scorpio rising 27 degrees. All of a sudden I have this scary but exciting business idea and I’m going to do a program to break generational trauma for relationships. I am exhausted by negative people. I met someone just as south node went into his 4th House and conjoined his jupiter and NN. It was love at first date for us both. And yet the closer it gets to his Jupiter and NN the more he pulls away. 18 years ago he left his home province to start a very successful business. But he said he and his wife "grew apart". More like SN transit to NN. It kicked the crap out of his marriage and it is kicking the crap out of us. His Natal Saturn is Conjunct my SN. Super karmic glue. Anyway I sm not so sure that SN transit to NN is easier. Certainly isn't in this case 😢 My nodal return happened a few years ago and I can't think of anything earth shattering happening.
My North Node is in Gemini in the third house, for a long time I could not figure out what it means for me, and to be honest I still don't know if I fully understand it. But I guess what it means for me the strongest, is me trying to take big picture information and explain it in a way that average people can understand it. A lot of this serms lately to be about exposing inconsistencies with things that claim to be big picture concepts, but are actually fraudulent in nature . To teach people not to be a Sagittarius and just believe things without question, but to add a little Gemini into their beliefs and question them. I feel like most of this has to do with just teaching. But I also hear that Geminis are supposed to be social butterflies, I would probably be more sociable, if I got more GENUINE friend requests on my social media platforms, or more comments on my RUclips channel. I'm sick and tired of feeling the isolation of being in a cave.
I just turned 37 and have my North node in Taurus conjunct my Ascendant same degree and this last eclipse really is pushing me to be my Authentic self and set strong boundaries in my relationships and it’s so tough for me to do! For example, I disliked kids even when I was a kid myself. I dont want to have children, same time I am not closing out the subject entirely. I am 33 so I am at the age when people bombard me all the time about having kids. I have the question: what happens when I opt out from a main 4th house activity? will I hurt myself /my path with it? I would love to know more! I have now north node and Uranus in transit opposing them in my astral chart, house 7 ... And having the most challenging relationship of my life... Today I started taking anti depressive medication... somehow the first eclipse in this axis triggered some problems in my relationship... and somehow, this relationship reminds me one of 18, 19 years ago... Astrology is fantastic.. I wish I could know more..
Are you a Scorpio rising? There's no shame in having to take medication. If the nodes or other planets are hitting your 12th house in any way, that might be very helpful for your mental health.
Third nodal return coming up this Summer in 1th house.Will conjuct transit Uranus plus trine natal Uranus, Pluto conjunction. And to up the anti I have a natal Neptune, South Node conjunction. My reversal node conjunction cooincided with a Pluto square Moon. Big heavy transformative transit. Not sure what the return will bring only hope I'll survive it.
Why age 42? Why is that what you consider to be the maturation of the nodes? I’m looking at my own life and I can definitely see how my nodal returns were incredibly challenging but also eye opening - setting me on my correct trajectory. With my first 18 Yr return I went to live in a beach house making music with other creatives and expanding my knowledge of visual arts, good food and fun. It was my first time not living with my parents. The challenge was that I was not in correct alignment with the folks I made this move with. I needed the lesson though. With my 2nd nodal reversal at age 27 I was leaning into my south node, met the father of my children in that 11th house network and then became pregnant with my first child. For the next 9 years I felt very removed from my 5th house north node even though I was in a relationship (libra north node and first child is a Libra) and birthing children (north node in 5th and second child is a Leo with a Leo south node) It was in that 9th year though - my 2nd nodal return that I began to make art again and my life partner began to try me out as a creative partner (which was what I deeply desired). We started bringing my first script to life in film. Then he got mortally sick and passed away the following year. It was devastating on so many levels. The most traumatic experience- and it was the whole time of my nodal return and immediate post nodal return. Age 36-37.5/38. I will say at age 42 is when I did feel I finally felt back on track- more than I had even been when in a relationship with my only love who had passed. I was finally beginning to feel affirmed in my creative talents. There were still doubts and misalignments but in some places I was being shown very clearly a contrast - the true alignments were beginning to appear creatively. So yes age 42 was my solidifying into who I am but I was in between return and reversal. The nodes were in Cancer and Capricorn then. So are you saying that specifically the 5th nodal square is the time of maturity and why is that customarily so?
Informative as it was, this was tough to listen to. Did not know about the Node return until now. Age 15-18 was rough...both parents died and ended up in a dysfunctional foster type situation. I'm new to this info - where would I find more (I'm 53) Edit to add: Natal NN Aries. When is NN back in Aries & SN in Libra?

Had known about SoNo rep. one's past and NN the future but this was the 1st I'd heard of a return/ reversal. I probably need to go and study the transits for the event date in 2011 bc in hindsight I had to learn how to transmute (work thru & release) the emotions that had been stagnat.
Does anyone have a take on having a north node at 0 degrees? I have my NN at 0 Taurus on the 5th/6th house cusp. My sun at 26 Aries. My 2nd return is next year
If your north node is at 0 degrees Taurus, it is likely in your 6th house because it can only be in one. The cusp doesn't mean you have energy of the 5th house. The 0 degrees does mean you likely have a lot to learn in terms of your north node -- what it means to be responsible for yourself, put in the effort for projects that may be slow-developing but are meaningful to you, taking care of your health (huge for NN Taurus + 6th house), and building daily routines and habits that feel good to you.

If ones nodes are between 29° and 1°, what effect does that have? Do they travel backwards energetically? So if it’s in 1° or less then it’s like the end of the cycle for the node?
Node return would be when the transiting north and south nodes are the same as they are in your chart, reversal is when they're opposite. Like right now the transiting north node is Taurus, south node Scorpio, so if your north node is Scorpio like me, it's a node reversal.
@heather I am 36, have NN in Taurus at 13* EXACTLY conjunct my moon in Taurus at 13*… but in the 8th house. Do you have any idea how having nn conjunct the moon will potentially play out, when I have my return in a few months?

Omg I have the same exact placement! NN in Scorpio exactly conjunct my ascendant. How did it go for you? I’m 28 and finished mines earlier this year. I didn’t have any experience with changes to my close relationships. I’ve never dated and my close friendships are still stable. The only thing that changed was that I was fired by a toxic boss that was a crazy micromanager and incompetent in leadership. It made me feel like crap and took months to heal. Ever since, I have not had financial stability nor been able to get any job.
@@taetae2808Hey! Interesting that I saw your comment. I have a Scorpio North Node (nodal reverse just finished) and turned 29 a couple months ago. I experienced a major upheaval career-wise as well and have just now healed from that trauma enough to move forward and get justice for what happened. The timeline of events can literally be traced back to January 2022 at the start of my nodal reversal.
Oh Heather you have brought me some relief with bud message, particularly with the info regarding maturing n and s nodes. I have a north node in Scorpio, south node and Taurus, and have experienced in the past both traumatic loss and very painful events in my return and reversal years. I’ve been a little bit trepidatious because of that for this eclipse season, and have been having a difficult time finding insight into this. But I have also wondered if it was possible to mature out of those major traumatic life lessons. You just really validated that, (I’m 45yrs old) OMG thank you! I'm 55 and it's funny how these things happen and that this video should appear in my feed because today is my third nodal return at 22 deg 3 in taurus in my 11th. It's truly amazing how many things happening in my life feel completely fated and almost unavoidable. When my second nodal return happened I felt I was being swept along in powerful currents and had no control but this time its as if life is opening up for me and placing all the things that I really need in my path. Once again I find myself taking a totally new direction and I couldn't be happier with it all. The timing is astounding!

This is the first time I've hears someone discuss the maturation ages of the North and South nodes. Those were the exact ages (42 & 48) where I felt I understood myself and knew who I was. It also was a time where I began to see the karmic nature of events in my life. I often called it the "ah ha" moment but now I realize it was the nodes! Thank you Heather for your guidance on this very important topic! Listening for a second time while I look at my chart.

SO many life changing things happened during my first nodal return. Right now I’m in my a reversal and just had a south node eclipse on my north node. I’ve been diving into Jan Spillers book on this recently bc of it I think. In my south node return (27), I got married. My 2nd north return from got divorced (36), let's see what my 2nd south node return will bring. Very interesting!
I can not relate to that I have no previous experiences with the North Node - It can not be as I was born like my NN and chose it in childhood age consciously. Why is that? O.o

Life experiences will change perspective so that perceived negative events over and over can and will cause sensitives to shut down and isolate. Conversely entitled arrogant trust fund types can self destruct on indulgence. Believing one to be special and immune is a recipe for disaster. I can’t get over how synchronistic this video Is for right now for me - I met this investor/multi-millionaire unexpectedly and randomly recently. He has a Taurus stellium in 11H SN in Taurus also there, NN Scorpio. I’ve yet to ask him how things are going forward him. The fact you brought up 11H In the video was perfect! My biz partner is a Taurus Sun, Jupiter, Mercury 10H and I know she is largely effected since the eclipses has happened… even before.. definitely flipped upside down. This is one of the most impactful astrology lessons I have had in my 16 years of studying the discipline.
My north node is in my 8th house in the sign of Libra. When I was 19 years old, I met the love of my life. I fell in love immediately and deeply, and by the time we had one date I was so in love that I almost couldn't breathe in his presence. I was completely freaked out because my childhood left me feeling totally unworthy of love. After that first date I went away for a college assignment for a month, and while away I stupidly became entangled in a meaningless ONS with someone else from my school. The moment we got back to our campus my life's love saw us among some mutual friends and that was it, he was done with me romantically. (Still he was very nice to me, always stopped to talk to me, said yes when I asked to make him dinner, treated me nicely, but NOTHING romantic.) It took me ten years to get another chance with him, and we were engaged and then married within months. I enjoyed our beautiful life together (two kids) for the next 34 years. Still, he would NEVER allow me to even talk about what happened back when I betrayed him. He wouldn't let me tell him about how completely freaked out I was to feel so strongly for someone I barely knew, so immediately and so completely, that I did the common soulmate thing of sabotaging the relationship because I didn't understand why I felt so connected at the drop of a hat. My husband died three months ago.
So that is my story of my north node in the house of death, transformation and rebirth. At the time of my stupid indiscretion, Pluto was exactly conjunct my north node (which is within 5 degrees of my loved one's ascendant) and I was also experiencing my first Uranus square to my natal Uranus. I have also been told by a few astrologers that I was reliving a past life in this incarnation. Recently I talked to my love through a psychic medium, and he said that he knew immediately that I was his "person," and that for him our connection was magnetic and surreal from the beginning. He said that my early antics had devastated him and made him really sad and depressed for a long time. Yes, sometimes our bad actions are part of the "soul agreement" we have with other people, and those actions are for me the most painful part of life. But the pain we caused and the pain we experience because of it is our path to heeling. Your story has a beautiful ending (although it didn't end, your love still goes on), so thank you for sharing.
I too fell in love with a man basically from first sight as well as energy but it was not reciprocated and I was played with. Could never understand why and never saw him again.
One of the biggest myths is that older people are set in their ways and younger people are open to new experiences and new ways of doing things. These are personality traits, not age-related conditions.

I think it’s both and those with personality traits of openness will have an easier time staying open when getting older. But many close down over time, it’s not related to personality traits but could range from experiencing repeated betrayals, set backs, loss, etc. for those becoming set in your ways is a form of protection. It needs to be address and worked on to change, otherwise will stay the same.
I can't wait to dig into this. Life has flipped upside down since the eclipses started. I thought I was headed in one direction and then bam, I'm left to re-decide on whether that really is the path I want to take. Thank you Heather 💙
This is so fascinating! I had my first nodal return in 1996. This was when I first realized I was depressed, and suffered for many years with mental health problems. On my node reversal in 2005, it started a period where I became very prosperous doing contracting work. My next nodal return was in 2014. A close friend of mine died within a few months, which ended altering the course of my life in ways I would never have expected. I'm getting my second node reversal in early 2024. I'm looking forward to another cycle of prosperity!
I'm 27 and currently experiencing a nn reversal transit as I'm natally a North node in Scorpio. Its a time in my life where everything is changing personally, financially and spiritually. Wow this was an amazing teaching, thank you! I acquired jan spiller’s book, “astrology for the soul” (all about nodes) more than 20 years ago and considered it my bible! It helped me tremendously to get some perspective as I went through so much learning and evolving in my 30s and into my 40s when, as you predicted, my evolved self felt more second nature. But at 55 with my nodal return happening now in my 9th, I find myself in another country - probably couldn’t be further from my previous home - with my life unfolding as I guess Taurus would have me live it… quite beautifully in nature. (I was “called” here in a lightning bolt moment as transiting Uranus was exactly conjunct my NN in 9th house of international travel.) And while here without all the family obligations of the past 30 years, I have time to write about all that practical philosophy the 9th house drove me to focus on my whole life haha! Can’t make this stuff up! 💕

Wow, this is revelational - is that a word? My NN is in Leo 22deg and my 7th house. I'm a Scorpio and grew up in a family if Leo's. My life with NN at 19yrs then 52yrs, with a Leo - my first love at 18 he was gone by my 19th, across the world with me returning home pregnant. He played no part of our lives, my only daughter also has NN Leo, he uncannily returns into my life and heart again at 52. But again not into our child's. Love with him rose again and we reconnected physically for a month but continued long distance. However we drifted apart with contact over the years but oddly I called him only this year and it wasn't a great connection and I don't want more from him anyway, but I feel this timeless 'been there done that with him in another time' thing and love for this man. I'm 60 now and still rising from the ashes with things in life. What ensued after that first reconnection with him became this unbearably difficult and life changing path for me with my daughter that, to this day is estranged and awful because of grandkids mostly as I feel it's an irrevocable situation with her. So much of what Heather said was hard hitting truths and made so much sense. I don't regret or dislike a thing that's happened, I own it all. It feels too fatalistic and right to go against it just because it has played out like this. I'm astounded by that thought but I fully trust my knowing and belief I am just living out my life as it should, even if it looks like I shouldn't. I'm just learning astrology so it's helpful to relate it to my life with learning things. I'm just amazed at this whole node thing. Whoomph!

Heather, this resonates so much! My North node is in Aquarius, between my moon & mercury. Nobody else in my family has prominent Aquarius energy. I feel I dont understand this energy especially in the 4th house, so it has been very much trial & error, I have researched my ancestry, been healing my 4th house. Last year was my node reversal. My North is Sagittarius in 4th house and my South is Gemini in 10th house.
Also, I will turn 48 in a few months. So, both my nodes are just about mature.
Funny enough, it is just about now that I am starting to feel that I'm actually grown up finally. I guess that makes sense if both my nodes are almost mature.
My business is finally taking off this year, too. So, maybe I am better able to use my Gemini gifts in my 10th house of career now that my South node is more mature.
I feel like I am slowing down in my North Node area, too. With it in Sagittarius, next to my moon, in the 4th house, I have moved waaayyy too many times. And the moves have been highly charged. I have been very seriously seeking stability in that area for a while and might find some of that stability now. I sure hope so! Lol.

I have natal nodes return now, with Taurus north node in my 5th house. I wish more astrologers would have spoken about this more in detail years ago. I have lost 7 years of my life searching for meaning in what I do, before I went full force in the arts (acting for theatre/film). I was stopped by the pandemic and went into writing, however I did not enjoy writing a book about entrepreneurship in the digital arts, which is a thing I'm good with, but not cathartic like acting. So here's what happened when the nodes returned. Hopefully, whoever reads this is sitting down. I got sick in January this year and binged on my favorite show ever, True Blood. I realised one of the actors was a really good actor, and I searched for his instagram page. I found him, followed him, liked his pics, and he ended up talking to me, asked for headshots and now we will do Anthony & Cleoaptra together because we both love that play, and he is also a theatre actor. Is the craziest thing ever. Also what Heather says is correct, we are insatiable for knowledge in the North node area. I'm capable of taking courses in drama non stop, I'm greedy in that sense and did feel like an impostor when I wasn't educated and not experienced enough. In my south node which is Scorpio I'm good with the occult and have always had a planets and star attraction since I was a kid I was laying in the grass looking at the night sky. I also have a scorpionic need to retreat in a corner when things go bad. Anyway, pray for me people!! Send all my love to everyone and thank u Heather for a lovely and wise video!

Talking about synchronisation. Me and my partner have an exact (on the same degree) opposition with our Nodes. We have them in Capricorn/Cancer We have major syncronisations happening in our lives since we are together and many lessons to happely solve together. I find it hard to find information on this specific position in our charts. Very curious what it means according to your knowledge. I have my experience, feelings and insights about it already but more is always welcome.

The eclipses have really changed my perspective in life. I’m a Scorpio rising 27 degrees. All of a sudden I have this scary but exciting business idea and I’m going to do a program to break generational trauma for relationships. I am exhausted by negative people. I met someone just as south node went into his 4th House and conjoined his jupiter and NN. It was love at first date for us both. And yet the closer it gets to his Jupiter and NN the more he pulls away.
18 years ago he left his home province to start a very successful business. But he said he and his wife "grew apart". More like SN transit to NN. It kicked the crap out of his marriage and it is kicking the crap out of us. His Natal Saturn is Conjunct my SN. Super karmic glue.
Anyway I sm not so sure that SN transit to NN is easier. Certainly isn't in this case 😢
My nodal return happened a few years ago and I can't think of anything earth shattering happening.
My North Node is in Gemini in the third house, for a long time I could not figure out what it means for me, and to be honest I still don't know if I fully understand it. But I guess what it means for me the strongest, is me trying to take big picture information and explain it in a way that average people can understand it. A lot of this serms lately to be about exposing inconsistencies with things that claim to be big picture concepts, but are actually fraudulent in nature . To teach people not to be a Sagittarius and just believe things without question, but to add a little Gemini into their beliefs and question them. I feel like most of this has to do with just teaching. But I also hear that Geminis are supposed to be social butterflies, I would probably be more sociable, if I got more GENUINE friend requests on my social media platforms, or more comments on my RUclips channel. I'm sick and tired of feeling the isolation of being in a cave.

Today I started taking anti depressive medication... somehow the first eclipse in this axis triggered some problems in my relationship... and somehow, this relationship reminds me one of 18, 19 years ago... Astrology is fantastic.. I wish I could know more..
Are you a Scorpio rising? There's no shame in having to take medication. If the nodes or other planets are hitting your 12th house in any way, that might be very helpful for your mental health.
Third nodal return coming up this Summer in 1th house.Will conjuct transit Uranus plus trine natal Uranus, Pluto conjunction. And to up the anti I have a natal Neptune, South Node conjunction.
My reversal node conjunction cooincided with a Pluto square Moon. Big heavy transformative transit.

With my first 18 Yr return I went to live in a beach house making music with other creatives and expanding my knowledge of visual arts, good food and fun. It was my first time not living with my parents. The challenge was that I was not in correct alignment with the folks I made this move with. I needed the lesson though. With my 2nd nodal reversal at age 27 I was leaning into my south node, met the father of my children in that 11th house network and then became pregnant with my first child. For the next 9 years I felt very removed from my 5th house north node even though I was in a relationship (libra north node and first child is a Libra) and birthing children (north node in 5th and second child is a Leo with a Leo south node) It was in that 9th year though - my 2nd nodal return that I began to make art again and my life partner began to try me out as a creative partner (which was what I deeply desired). We started bringing my first script to life in film. Then he got mortally sick and passed away the following year. It was devastating on so many levels. The most traumatic experience- and it was the whole time of my nodal return and immediate post nodal return. Age 36-37.5/38.
I will say at age 42 is when I did feel I finally felt back on track- more than I had even been when in a relationship with my only love who had passed. I was finally beginning to feel affirmed in my creative talents. There were still doubts and misalignments but in some places I was being shown very clearly a contrast - the true alignments were beginning to appear creatively. So yes age 42 was my solidifying into who I am but I was in between return and reversal. The nodes were in Cancer and Capricorn then. So are you saying that specifically the 5th nodal square is the time of maturity and why is that customarily so?
Informative as it was, this was tough to listen to. Did not know about the Node return until now. Age 15-18 was rough...both parents died and ended up in a dysfunctional foster type situation. I'm new to this info - where would I find more (I'm 53)

Hi Gwen, I've been on the learning curve about natal placements the last yr or so. Had known about SoNo rep. one's past and NN the future but this was the 1st I'd heard of a return/ reversal. It's taken 40+ yrs & a few bumps/humps/curves in the road to realize that we learn what we need to know in synchronicity for when we need it.

Oh wow...it would be great to understand the cycles of these returns/reverses. The person who was appointed my guardian at age 16/17 died in 2011... I probably need to go and study the transits for the event date in 2011 bc in hindsight I had to learn how to transmute (work thru & release) the emotions that had been stagnat.

Does anyone have a take on having a north node at 0 degrees? I have my NN at 0 Taurus on the 5th/6th house cusp. My sun at 26 Aries. My 2nd return is next year
If your north node is at 0 degrees Taurus, it is likely in your 6th house because it can only be in one. The cusp doesn't mean you have energy of the 5th house. The 0 degrees does mean you likely have a lot to learn in terms of your north node -- what it means to be responsible for yourself, put in the effort for projects that may be slow-developing but are meaningful to you, taking care of your health (huge for NN Taurus + 6th house), and building daily routines and habits that feel good to you.

If ones nodes are between 29° and 1°, what effect does that have? Do they travel backwards energetically? So if it’s in 1° or less then it’s like the end of the cycle for the node?
What is the difference between Node Return and Node Reversal?
Node return would be when the transiting north and south nodes are the same as they are in your chart, reversal is when they're opposite. Like right now the transiting north node is Taurus, south node Scorpio, so if your north node is Scorpio like me, it's a node reversal.
I'm not a fan of this north node.

Omg I have the same exact placement! NN in Scorpio exactly conjunct my ascendant. How did it go for you? I’m 28 and finished mines earlier this year. I didn’t have any experience with changes to my close relationships. I’ve never dated and my close friendships are still stable. The only thing that changed was that I was fired by a toxic boss that was a crazy micromanager and incompetent in leadership. It made me feel like crap and took months to heal. Ever since, I have not had financial stability nor been able to get any job.
@@taetae2808Hey! Interesting that I saw your comment. I have a Scorpio North Node (nodal reverse just finished) and turned 29 a couple months ago. I experienced a major upheaval career-wise as well and have just now healed from that trauma enough to move forward and get justice for what happened. The timeline of events can literally be traced back to January 2022 at the start of my nodal reversal.

I have a north node in Scorpio, south node and Taurus, and have experienced in the past both traumatic loss and very painful events in my return and reversal years. I’ve been a little bit trepidatious because of that for this eclipse season, and have been having a difficult time finding insight into this. But I have also wondered if it was possible to mature out of those major traumatic life lessons. You just really validated that, (I’m 45yrs old) OMG thank you! I have more faith that maybe this next year could be more about healing transformation and growth instead of complete upheaval and pain! 💕
I'm 55 and it's funny how these things happen and that this video should appear in my feed because today is my third nodal return at 22 deg 3 in taurus in my 11th. It's truly amazing how many things happening in my life feel completely fated and almost unavoidable.
When my second nodal return happened I felt I was being swept along in powerful currents and had no control but this time its as if life is opening up for me and placing all the things that I really need in my path. Once again I find myself taking a totally new direction and I couldn't be happier with it all. The timing is astounding!

Not many people talk about the nodal reversal. My natal nn is scorpio and sn is taurus so I've been trying to find more information.
This is the first time I've hears someone discuss the maturation ages of the North and South nodes. Those were the exact ages (42 & 48) where I felt I understood myself and knew who I was. It also was a time where I began to see the karmic nature of events in my life. I often called it the "ah ha" moment but now I realize it was the nodes! Thank you Heather for your guidance on this very important topic! Listening for a second time while I look at my chart.
