    Excellent debate thanks everyone
    Especially I liked Dr shiva presentation, small correction there 02:37:00 intertan have a compression and lag screw integrated together. It has the lowest cut out rate and considered the next Gen Nailing system in UK.
    I do admire the interlocking screw system with head on the screw, very logical.

      @@abubakeralmurabet8717 I think nothing compensates for a bad reduction event if you use an intertan nail you have to achieve a good reduction.
      It's especially good in poor bone quality because it has a good antirotational characteristics.

    Why can these great surgeon didn't talked about enders nailing in proximal fracture which sloves almost all problems .
