I agree, this isn't typical boss music, it sounds way too optimistic and hopeful. Don't get me wrong, it's a good track, just that it would fit somewhere else better.
@@musthabe_ Mm hmm. Lowkey it's more of a 'when the boss joins your party and redeems themselves' type of track, but I couldn't come up with a title for that that sounded good ; - ;
yes, and at the end of the final training the main villain appears and has an epic fight with your sensei but your sensei dies and you vow to avenge him
sounds more like the protag finally figured it out, the reason he has to keep going so its time to regain his lost knowledge and try once again to defeat the evil but he has to train himself
i apparently am in a youtube underrated creators rabbit hole. i am so glad that i have found every single one of these videos, i may have not commented on them all but i certainly have watched tens of them. i seek more. i wish that art was more appreciated among youtube.
I love the motivational vibe of this piece! It feels more uplifting than intense, which is a unique take on a boss fight melody. It sounds as if the protagonist is training profusely to get ready to defeat his worst enemy. Keep up the great work!
Protagonist is fighting his way through the horde of demons surrounding the Emperors castle. As he cuts his way through enemy after enemy, blood flung to the skies with every swing, his party defending, healing, supporting him along the way. They finally fight against who can only be the Commander of the Armies of Hell. They struggle against him but with a blessing from the groups cleric, the hero uses a smite of divinity to end him. They push past the dark marble doors of the throne room. A velvet carpet, red as blood pools beneath their feet, softening each step. On the throne, Emperor Zigrati Skyfall sits with a greatsword in hand. His eyes lift towards the party. It is time for his final stand.
It's quite straightforward, and not in a bad way! Don't get me wrong, it's very good, but I believe it could benefit from a simpler melody and slightly more complex harmony (I'm not suggesting a different chord progression but rather adding a few more non-passing notes to the chords to spice them up). Also, this is just my personal opinion, but I think adding a choir with a lot of reverb in some parts would make the track more epic. It's very promising though!
@@JazzumJones I don't have any specific resources to point to (there's lots), but start out by making sure you understand scales, keys, basic chords and their progressions, and then start writing stuff :)
@GooComposer thank you very much. I do know abt all that stuff, but with composition I know about small forms and some big like sonata but when I apply them they still seem a bit literal of an application imo, whereas this composition of yours for example flows so naturally from section to section. What an epic composition dude! I only thought the Piano could have used maybe chords instead of single notes? Or make two pianos at once, to give it more depth? :3 Really inspiring, I want to make a song like this too now

Nah its not a cool boss, its a final training music with your master that taught you all techniques of fight before you go to your big adventure
I can hear it!

The ending gives me "main character death vibes" and i love it
Also very good leitmotif with the broken-chords on violin
Thanks :)
