      It took me long enough, but the code for the visualisations is now published in Wolfram Demonstrations Project :) You can play around with the visualisation either directly in Mathematica or in the free-to-use Wolfram CDF Player.

    could you tell me that how to plot weighted voronoi by python, or can i set a value for the expanding speed from the scatter?
