I hear what you saying and luckily jesus saved me. I was into new age practices etc did tarot and all the other things and don't touch it now. But watching this video makes me wonder what we are allowed to do? It seems to me that we're not allowed phones, social media, Internet, TV, music obviously different practices etc so what are we allowed to do just read the bible? Please don't take offence to what I've said I just want to understand this better

Of couse you can use a phone, internet, and watch TV. Just dont put these things before God, and don't watch demonic material.
